Cosy, clean, spacious accoommodation overlooking Umbrian Valley. Owners were very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Food in restaurant was tasty and inexpensive, service was good. Overall 9/10.

A very picturesque setting, quiet, but not really in Assisi. As in most hotels in Umbria, no elevators and quite appalling breakfast. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is large and very clean, set above an olive grove and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. By far the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed in throughout Italy, they actually give you food! The family is very gracious. I will stay here again.
