Setefano was extremely friendly and helpful providing lots of information and tips. The hotel provides tea, coffee, pastries throughout the day as well as a good breakfast. The location is near the bus stop and close to San Francesco Basilica. If you visit Assissi, stay at the Palotta!

Hotel Pallotta is a wonderful place to stay. Stefano, the owner, is a very amicable person. He is ready to help you with luggage, answering questions, calling a taxi, helping out with train tickets or just making you a cappuccino. I have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are clean, a good size, and quite comfortable. The bathroom... More

We stayed at the Hotel Pallotta for two nights and were very pleased by the central location. Our arrival was not until 4pm; luckily we were greeting by the owner of the gallery downstairs, Raffaele, and he took great care of us and checked us in. We were given a local map and guidebooks to use and were enable to... More

Thank you very much for you kindly message. We are happy that you enjoy your stay. Yes, there is a lot of steps but this whole movement ago well to the health and it makes hunger come. They are the commercial stategies of the Restaurant Pallotta... Apart the jokes... we hope to have here still you guests in the magnificent... More

Trattoria Pallotta is a local's delight. Cozy, charming with a welcoming fireplace, the wait staff is superb. The ingredients are the among the freshest in all of Assisi and the menus are creative, diverse and sure to please any palate. Our latest dinners in February included some of the most amazing white and black truffles. A true Umbrian delight.

Tea/coffee & cake available throughout the day & a lovely breakfast in the mornings. Nothing is too much trouble for Stefano who will help you in any way he can to ensure you have the... More

This was a charming hotel and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The problem with Assisi in general, and this hotel in particular, is that it is down a sloped street and then you have to climb many steps to get to the entry. And then you climb more stairs to get to your room. Stairs are a bit... More

We have stayed in Hotel Pallotta every November over the last 9 years. We just love it. During our recent stay we discussed the reasons why we keep going back there; quite simply it's because it makes us feel happy, relaxed and well looked after. It's run by a family - Stefano, always calm, courteous, helpful and resourceful, is the... More

Stayed for one night in Room #12-Rosa Room. Great value for room @ 65 euros cash. Room had shower, small soap bars, ample packets of shower gel/shampoo, free wifi, no washcloths, & had foam type bed that was extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottled water, OJ, pastries & breads are available during the day. Included breakfast consisted of OJ, coffees, meat, cheese,... More
