There is no doubt, the hotel is nice and location has a spectacular view. But it's far from everything. Only accessible by private car. Front desk people: one male is nice, the other female counterpart is a total snob! She should not be sitting in the reception area, she doesn't have any sense of good customer service. The room is... I think this is the first hotel I've stayed where the room numbers do not coincide with the floor number. Rooms in the 500's were on the first floor. The elevator was either extremely slow or broken. I don't know, it never came when I needed it so I always took the stairs. The hotel was very nice and clean.... More

Most enjoyable the large swimming pool. Two of our coach group found the massage area which I would have been interested in, but not well signed. Nice looking hotel. We had a small room, not enough reading light. Aircon lagging. Clean. Lovely outdoors area/view. Bar/lounge area comfortable, nice ambience. First place that had can of ginger ale for my whiskey.... This hotel sits high up on the hill and has a most beautiful foyer with comfortable couches. The balcony out from the foyer is so lovely to enjoy the view and all the plantings. Our bedroom was small with 2 single beds. bathroom was compact also and found the towels rather different! Like small supper cloths. The internet was free and available... More

We spent the last 3 days of our holiday in Assisi and after two very mediocre hotels in Pisa and Firenze respectively, we were wary; we needn't have been. The first night was spent in a standard room which we found small but 'perfectly formed' with all we could wish for. We then transferred to a lovely room with a... More

In June 2014, I was a part of an Italian pilgrimage. Amongst the cities we visited, we spent 3 days and 2 nights in Assisi, and stayed at the Roseo Hotel. This was, I believe, the best hotel our group of 40 people had stayed. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was very good. The décor... More

I found the staff of this Hotel excellent. They were helpful and nothing was to much trouble The Courtesy bus was brilliant as we did not have to drive into Assisi, we were taken down to the city and phoned for a pickup, what a great service. We enjoyed this Hotel so much that we returned at the end of... More

Stayed for only one night, but was a pleasant experience. Room was smallish, but comfortable. Shower was fine if a little weird in that it was impossible to stop water draining onto the bathroom floor. Internet was virtually non existent at busy times, but okay early in the morning. Breakfast was very good, but the dinner the night before was,... More

We were on a pilgrimage tour of Italy and stayed here on 4/23-4/24/2014. This was a very picturesque area of Assisi. Rooms were nice. Due to the time of year, air conditioning was not available and we slept with a window open. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and offered a good variety of choices. Some trays of food came... There are good points. Lovely lobby and bar area and it has a pool. Bad points. When you are on a high priced Globus tour, you do expect a hotel in the walls of Assisi or at the very least close enough to get to. It is a ten minute drive from Assisi old town, it has towels that are... More

Dear Guest, we are pleased that you enjoyed our lobby and Lounge Bar areas as well as our indoor heated swimming pool. All guests are very important to us and so are their suggestions. Our hotel is only 900 meters far from (or better, close to) Assisi town center, about 10-15 minutes walk, in a very quiet and green area... More
