The hotel is overally nice. You get a free parking, charming breakfast area and a pretty panoramic view. It is located 20 minutes walking distance from the Sienna center (I timed it. Twice. And I'm a fast walker.) But everything gets spoiled if you get a wrong room. We got the room H. Lady luck didn't smile on us. I... More

A mere hop, skip and jump from Piazza del Campo, this hotel has fantastic service & facilities. Breakfast is typically Italian and adequate given all the wonderful places to eat in the city centre. The garden and hot tub is an oasis of peace just outside the city walls. The walk is about 12 mins from the Centre of Siena.... More

We picked this hotel because we had a rental car and it was just outside the city walls, with free parking, and very easy walking to Siena center. We were really pleased with this family run hotel. The room was basic but very clean and the bathroom was modern. The hotel location, though, is outstanding and it has a hot... More

The hotel is just over a 15 min walk to the Piazza del Campo. The hotel itself is charming and has the best possible view you can imagine of the Tuscan countryside. The room was slightly small and the shower wasn't working very well but the view made up for it. Also the staff were lovely and very friendly and... More

Booked this hotel only 10 minutes before arriving, maybe we were lucky, we had room, Which was spacious in the bedroom and in the 'bathroom', baring in mind with such lovely views to sit and look at on the terrace your only really in your room to shower and sleep! My only negative, is it advertises a jacuzzi and after... More

I'll start off with the view as it was my favorite part of the hotel. I was traveling with a friend and we had just had a long and stressful day coming from Rome (almost missed train, pouring rain, soaked by passing car) anyways, the second we got to the hostel and saw the beautiful tuscan view from the room... Not so good overall. The staff were friendly enough and spoke enough English, the breakfast buffet was small, but the food was fresh, and the view of the Tuscan countryside is pleasing. The location is pretty good being a 30 minute walk from the square in old town Siena. The problem was with the room which, although clean, was very... More

This hotel is just 15 min walk from Campo, very pacefull view from hotel rooms and free parking. The rooms are outdated, bathroom very basic and small with a fungus marks on silicone. The main building (about 16 rooms) is quite noisy, you can know what the other talk in his room. The breakfast was in my opinion below average.

This is a wonderful, quiet B&B just steps from the Porta Roma entrance to Siena. It is off a busy road, but you would never know when you arrive through the gate and are met with miles of fields and gardens. We saw deer and pheasants, lots of song birds. There is a huge lovely terrace to enjoy in the... More

Came for the Palio di Siena - Siena's Palio Horse Race so all hotels inside the city gates were full. This was a good choice with free parking just outside the gates. Fabulous jacuzzi with a view, but the rooms and beds were basic as was the breakfast. Uphill nice walk to city center.
