This place is magnificent. Simply magnifient. Valeria is an exceptional hostess. The breakfasts are just amazing. We lazed over them, soaking in the ambiance. We took home their family produced olive oil, which is exceptionally good. The only downside was the hefty walk up the stairs, which was a little much after copious amounts of chianti in the spectacular countryside.... More

Everyone must stay here. The views, the views are wonderful from the Tower Room where we stayed. The Castle was built in the 13th Century and it is beautiful. I was in AWE the whole time. The breakfast was excellent and all the bread was served hot. Super clean and service was great!!! We also went to their Villa for... More

We spent the night in the tower room. My only regret is we didn't stay longer! This hotel is just outside of Siena - a 10 minute taxi ride away. Our room overlooked the Siena "skyline" and the Tuscan countryside. It was lovely! It was also a very quiet, peaceful night's sleep. One note - it is a lot of... More

The grounds of this castle are beautiful. . . lined with olive trees, cyprus and rolling hills. We were greeted by Valeria, who helped to hoist our luggage up to the main living quarters. We had a very nice apartment - large living room, small kitchen and a bedroom. The bedroom had fabulous views. . . int he morning you'd... More

We stayed in the tower room for 4 nights in early June and had a great stay. Valeria was amazing and really made our stay special. The room was clean and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. The castle is slightly further outside Sienna than we expected but it worked out fine even without a car. Our only suggestion is to... More

Thank you for your nice review. Happy to share with you this very special trip.I hope it will always be a happy memory! Thanks too for your recommendations which will be duly noted but please don't feel that Laura didn't welcome you...she is just a reserved sort of character and uncertain of her English but I assure you she doesn't... We were met by Valeria who is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel right at home. We stayed three nights but could easily have enjoyed a week or more taking in the history and beauty of the castle, the grounds and the surrounding area. It's a photographer's dream location. The breakfast is also very nice with breads,... More

We only had the chance to stay one night at the castle but it was well worth it! We all loved the atmosphere, the views, and the incredibly friendly hospitality. We had also signed up for the cooking class but we had no vehicle to get us to the other manor about 6 miles away so Valaria drove all four... More

Staying at Castello delle quattro torra was the highlight, for my husband and me, of a three-week trip. We were able to step back nearly a millennium into history while keeping our hot water and electricity! We stayed in the tower which was worth every step of the climb. And we had a wonderful dinner at a nearby farm restaurant,... More

Thank you for your nice review. Happy to hear you enjoyed staying here in the castle. We especially appreciated your words about stepping back in to the 13 century .....in fact the castle walls themselves want to thank you as with your stay here you contributed to the preservation of this precious piece of the Tuscan historical heritage. We would... More

We had an amazing stay in Castello delle quattro torra on our way from Pisa to Rome. It was much more better than expected and kids were so excited dreaming the stories of princesses and knights. The room was very comfortable and cosy although it's an old castle. The next morning we were able to discover the castle and go... More

Stayed in the tower room, with beautiful views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The room is truly charming with windows opening on three sides of the tower. A truly unique place to stay and sleep. A very warm and friendly welcome to the castle by our host Valeria made us feel at home and that we should have spent longer... More
