My boyfriend and I traveled to Siena for a wedding in October. While the city was crowded beyond belief, our hotel was a welcome escape! Just a 5 minute walk from the Campo (and 1/2 block from the bus station!), located on a charming street. The hotel is an old palace and it shows. The heavy stone walls made it... more

Stayed here for just one night. It was clean and centrally located - nothing spectacular from staff or rooms but it was a perfectly acceptable place to stay for the price. The location and value were above average and Siena is a beautiful place! more

The room was comfortable and spacious but there was nothing remarkable about the decor or amenities. Good value if you don't need a lot of amenities in your room. Bathroom and room were clean. Breakfast was decent - just what we expected from the typical Italy hotels. We were happy with our stay. more

The room was a little small and awkward but this place was good for the price. Fairly quiet and the room was clean. Breakfast was average compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Wireless Internet worked for a while and then stopped working for some reason. more

I was in a single room-6- but this would have taken a couple. Everything was clean but with basic facilities: no hooks to hang anything up anywhere; barely 6 inches to squeeze round the end of the bed; shower head nozzle loose so no power, just a big dribble; absolutely nowhere to put the soap or to hang onto in... more

This was an excellent hotel for the price. Rooms were clean, bed was a regular large bed, instead of two singles pushed together. Location was excellent...2 minute walk from bus station and 5 minute walk to il campo. Breakfast was OK, typical italian breakfast, though missing yogurt. It is on a main street, so can be noisy at times. There... more

I stayed only one night at this hotel, and wouldn't have really wanted to stay any longer. It is in a great location, minutes from Piazza del Campo and a short walk from the bus station (with helpful signs pointing the way). The location, unfortunately, contributed to part of my dislike of this hotel, because it was so loud in... more

We followed previous trip advisor reviewer who suggested asking for room 37. It is, as was billed, a room with a great view, windows and shutters open wide. Worth noting that the hotel is on the top floor, 3 floors up, but stairs are wide and it is not too difficult to manage. The fan was adequate and the room... more

I stayed there for 70 euros for one night in August. The price was more expensive than that of the hotels we stayed in Bologna or Florence. I thought it's because Siena is an expensive city compared to others. The hotel is located in the very centre of the city, but unlike other two star hotels I stayed in Italy,... more

The room is very large - very plain. The ceiling fan kept things very cool even in the 90 degree heat. The location was wonderful - close to everything. It wasn't the best place we have stayed but it certainly wasn't the worst either - if you are looking for a simple, affordable option for your stay in Sienna this... more
