Thank you to Angela for making our stay so wonderful! She was very flexible and accommodating when we found out we could only make a reservation in Firenze at the Uffizi the Saturday we were suppose to check in. Luckily, Angela waited for us and we were able to get into the Uffizi an hour earlier. We took the train... more

We stayed here 5 days. Found it through Tripadvisor and contacted the property directly. Rate: 125 euros, which is really cheap. Nice apartment, clean, rather large bedrooms and bathrooms, not luxurious. Pool is great with kids, and especially when it is 90 degrees. Half a mile down the road is a little supermarket and a fantastic coffeeshop/bar/pizza restaurant, open 7-10.... more

First, don't let the website fool ya. It's not a luxury hotel. It's a place where mostly families go - and there are a lot of Europeans there. Also - it's Not a short walk to the center of Siena (behind the walls). There is a steep hill. And there is a bus, but still, don't walk if you aren't... more

We were very surprised to read some of the negative comments about Le Meridiane. Our stay at Le Meridiane and Siena was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We stayed in Apt 4A ; we had a beautiful view of the olive groves on the property. The Apartments are very well maintained and clean, with huge windows. You can... more

The worst thing about our apartment was the lack of a decent private area to sit outside - no terrace, just a scrubby corner on a slope with nothing to look at but the hedge. The apartment was very dark inside (forgiveable bearing in mind the building's original purpose as part of an olive farm) but also cheaply furnished and... more

A nice place if you get the right apartment. We had a week booked for a one bedroom in mid May. When we got there and was shown the apartment I cried...it was so tiny, and dark, no views or anything. A one bedroom and bath, which was ok but the rest of it was just a room with the... more

I stayed at Le Meridiane for 3 nights at the beginning of March 2007 on recommendation of a colleague who stayed there recently. I actually moved from Germany to Italy(Rome) very recently because of my job and on week-ends I grasp the opportunity to go sight seeing in this wonderful country. I must say that Sienna is absolutely beautiful (my... more

I stayed here for a weekend in a double room and it was amazing. The room was clean and big, with a comfortable living room, furnished with a divan bed, a small TV, a wood table and a practical kitchen. The bedroom was wide and had a window with a fantastic view on Siena’s landscape, while the bathroom was really... more

We booked our stay here based on the reviews on this website and we were super-disappointed. Our accomodations looked nothing like those posted ont he website. They had no character what-so-ever. The first comment of my fiance was "not very cozy, is it?". You would have thought you were in a cheap hotel in the US; not a Tuscan villa.... more
