Lovely, welcoming, inexpensive and yet well located hotel in Siena. Just a Km outside the city walls. Has adequate parking which comes free. Hospitable, smiling and friendly staff. There is a great tree covered outdoor b'fast place which overlooks the valley. The rooms are nice and clean. There is a warm honesty about the place, without pretentious or attitude. This... More

We stayed for 3 nights. Lucio greeted us when we got there and made us feel right at home. We were in Europe for 12 days and he was by far my favorite hotel manager. He made us feel right at home and was very helpful. The views from the breakfast room and outside garden are beyond belief. They are... More

We were pleased we ended up in this hotel ,even though it is out of town a bit .the lovely garden and views make up for it ,even a couple of tame rabbits hopping around ,quite delightful .very easy to get into the centre of Siena by bus ,the concierge sells the tickets. Nice breakfast and smiley staff.

Really good stay in this hotel. We stayed 2 nights and there was no problem at all. The hotel is very well located at a 10 minute walk from the city center, outside the ZTL. the staff is really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is better than many more expensive hotels, they even have bunnys walking through the gardens hahah.... More

My husband and I could not fault this lovely hotel. The setting was overlooking the Tuscan hills as we sat outside eating our breakfast, admiring the view. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is situated about a 10-15 minute walk to the Piazza del Campo, which we appreciated as it... More

Stayed here for 2 nights while attending a small conference at the nearby University of Siena. We found the location very convenient and it was a comfortable walk (a little too far if you don't like walking but not far if you do) from here for sightseeing the major points of interest. While the outside view of the hotel from... More

As soon as we arrived, the man at the front desk worked magic to get us on a last minute Chianti and Castles tour that was phenomenal - we were so grateful for the calls he made and the information he gave us! The room was fabulous - the bathroom and room itself were clean and cozy, such a romantic... More

We had a two-level suite for a very reasonable price in a beautifully decorated hotel with excellent service, including a fine breakfast and secured parking. We were not planning to stay in Siena, but it was late so we booked on the internet. We couid not have been more pleased.

Any doubt that it's the best hotel in Siena. It really looks like a tuscany sweet dream, with a lovely breakfast and romantic yet simple bedrooms. From here we traveled each day to a different city: montalcino, san giminiano, Lucca, Pisa and even Assis. The location is perfect: in front of one of Siena main gates. There's a parking area...
