My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we loved it. It's within the city walls but is in a quiet area but only about 5 minutes walk to the main attractions (Il campo etc.). Our room was excellent with terrific views of the countryside and it was lovely to sit outside in the hotel garden each... More

Excellent service, great location in Sienna with parking, lovely views from balcony, comfortable bed and remodeled bath in room number 4, delicious breakfast in a gorgeous terrace garden. Let the romance begin! Only problem was wifi wasn't working in our room.

Our reception was the most friendliest we had experienced during our 10 day tour of Tuscany! Very welcoming and friendly. However it went downhill from there. The room we had been given was changed due to the fact that we extended our stay to two nights. We were told that we had the 'special loft' room. As the room was... More

We visited Siena just for 1 night while staying in Florence and were very pleased with this hotel which had been recommended by friends. As other reviewers have said, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a standard room right on the top floor under the eaves which was quite compact but comfortable, quiet and with a view over... More

Excellent value for money hotel, felt relaxed and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Good location within the walls of the old city, and just a leisurely ten minute walk from the main attractions of the Duomo and the Campo.. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, whether arranging a taxi to the railway station or advising on places to... More

Everything you could want out of a hotel in Sienna. Frescoed rooms, a terrace overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany, friendly staff - and a garage! It is very convenient for the Duomo and the Piazza del Campo.

This was our second stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms have all been updated which is nice. The main rooms and gardens are like a step back to very refined, relaxing time. You never want to leave. The breakfast in the garden each morning was very special. The ability to park the car, free and take day trips if... More

Ideal situation within the walls and the added bonus of a pretty relaxing garden which is quite a bonus in Siena. Staff were v helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the garden was a perfect start to the day.

We stayed in the Garden Suite, on the level of the garden, below the reception. Enormous, well appointed room and bathroom with high beamed ceiling, and a fabulous chimney (now decorative) huge enough to live in! Besides the very charming room, there are the even more charming grounds, the charming people, and the very practical parking within the walls of... More

We visited the Palazzo Ravizza for 3 nights and had a fabulous trip. Siena was phenomenal and we enjoyed having a smaller town feel after visiting Rome. The hotel is convenient to walking everywhere. I highly recommend upgrading to having a view of the Tuscan hills. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with painted, vaulted ceilings. The customer service by the... More
