In the centre of Siena but set off the main street so it's private and quiet. It is run off site so check in needs to be precise. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and had beautiful furniture. It was a shared bathroom but we were only sharing with one other person. Kitchen was very well equipped.... More

Room was a good size, clean, bed very comfortable. The already-small shower was a bit strange, in having funny shelves in funny places that added an interesting degree of difficulty to the bathing experience (OK, but not for luxuriating). We stayed on a Saturday night and could hear a BIG RAWK cover band playing favourites from the 60's and 70's... More

The B&B is run remotely so there is no staff there until 3:30 when you can check-in and then the next day check-out is self service. It is in Siena old town for proper and is a short walk down a (mainly )pedestrian street to the Campo and cathedral. Siena is on top of a hill and so the B&B... More

We loved Siena - and loved this B&B. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we were close to the train and bus stations, just a few minutes walk - and also just a few minutes walk from the central square, Il Campo, in Siena. The kitchen, quiet location and courtyard areas were a real bonus. The local restaurants provided fine... More

Stayed here last September, scheduled for a week, but broke my ankle and had to leave. Elisabetta let us come back to finish our stay. She met us at the gate and helped us in. When we needed help or answers, she was available and so willing to help. Very generous woman. Rooms are clean and B&B is in a... More

Fabulous b & b, newly renovated but retaining pure Tuscan charm. Will be back for Palio in 2014 & will definitely be calling on Agnes and her family again! Cos D, Australia.

Without a prepared breakfast, this B & B Should be re-classified as a midscale Hostel. When available, staff is pleasant. However, they were unavailable at 11 am Checkout for urgent questions re transport out of the city. Dragging suitcases over cobbled streets, we managed without their guidance. Not what you'd expect from an in-town "B&B"

The Good: super clean, relatively quiet, easy walk from the train station (you go up a series of escalators-- it is the oddest entry to a Tuscan town ever). There is a decent terrace (no view) to sit on and eat. There is a complete kitchen if you wish to cook. The Bad: Breakfast is non-existant. We made our own... More
