Hotel is fair. Location is far from town so plan on transportation to city. Siena is a beautiful town but getting around in car is difficult. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast is included in price and was good

On a tour, we didn't choose this and wouldn't recommend it. No AC which is apparently typical for this area early in the season, regardless of temperature. Hard TWIN beds and no working Wi-Fi. Topping it off was a very poor breakfast. Consider looking elsewhere if given a choice.

Terrible experience! Had items of clothing hidden underneath dressers and also had a diamond necklace that was hidden in a suitcase stolen! Items that had not even been taking out of the suitcase were hidden under the bed also. Hotel staff was unfriendly, rooms were hot, and wifi did not ever work!

Stayed at the Mercure 3 nights as I have an Accor Platinum card. Wouldn't stay again at this place or any Mercure! Rooms are nice and the place is clean. But the service is terrible. It seems that all the staff are miserable, and that rubs off on the customer too. I had a free drinks voucher and got Orange... More

We stayed in this hotel as a part of our Italy tour though only for night. A modern lobby , efficient check in , a big room with contemporary décor and finally a sumptuous breakfast - this hotel provides all of this. Only flipside is it is little off located and hence one has to spend money every time you... More

rooms are as you would expect in any mercer..worldwide.. spacious, clean, new..etc… the personnel though does not seem to be aware why exactly there are there i.e. to serve customers.. no smile, no flexibility … (i wanted a glass one after midnight = no chance!!) as said, if you just need to sleep at a decent price it is ok…but... Silent, comfortable and not expensive (might be only while of my stay). The historic centre can be reached even by feet - though going uphill all the way. Free parking at the hotel premises. The breakfast is just ordinary. Rooms are not as small as usually in Italian hotels:)
