The hotel is in a great location and the staff were extremely helpful. The room we stayed in was average with a view over the football stadium. Not what we expected nor wanted. Our disappointment was breakfast. By the time we arrived for breakfast the hordes from the tourist bus had cleaned out the food leaving us with very little... More

We spent five nights here in April. We were four - myself, my husband and my two children. We had a king size bed plus two single beds. One of the beds was in a different room, although it was open to our room and had its own TV. The room was spacious and had a TV, although like so... More

The room was comfy and the location for walking into old Siema is hard to beat. Our room had a wrap around balcony on the rear of the building which afforded a view of one end of the soccer field in the local stadium right behind the hotel. There was a match on the afternoon we arrived which made getting... More

This hotel was easy to get to from the train station after a grueling day of Travel from Cinque Terre (Train strike's are real, and very stressful). We arrived a day earlier than scheduled due to said train strike around 8 pm, and asked the hotel concierge if they had an extra room for the night, which they did. I... More

The location for this hotel is wonderful - right across the street from the Siena historic district. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was in the front of the hotel and we worried a bit about street noise, but it was extremely quiet all night long. The breakfast was superb and set us up for a... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. Very decent room for moi. They made a mistake with my friend's room, and corrected it by upgrading them. Classy. It is literally across the street from the middle of Siena. Quiet at night. Delightful breakfast, that is included. Chocolate rolls to knock your socks off....if you're in to that type of thing.... We had a great stay at Chiusarelli! Elegant, stylish and cosy!!!! Many thanks to Barbara who gave us a so warm welcome, so we right away felt like being among friends. All the rest of the stuff were friendly and kind too. The hotel location is extremely convenient as it is very close to all the historical monuments. It is... More

lovely 3 star hotel, clean, comfortable. Close to bus station and to old town. Breakfast veryyyy delicious. Did not try the restaurant. The only drawback the stairs, no elevator, but this obvious for the fact that is was a last century villa :) The receptionist was so kind and helped with luggage. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is located on the perimeter of Siena's historic center, but not in the actual historic area near the Campo. The hotel is an old villa, with charm; however the rooms are very worn and while large, has very little space/surface area for a suitcase and clothes if one wishes to unpack. Breakfast was included in our hotel rate,... More

A very good experience. The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. Great location and very comfortable. Within walking distance of anything within the walls and the breakfast was one of the better ones we had during our stay in Italy.
