A nice looking hotel, situated in a great location over looking San Domenico church, in Siena. A good typical breakfast was served at reasonable hour. The bedroom clean and airy, our view was of the church, I recommend this mid range hotel with a budget and don't want to located within the central parts of Siena

Our room was a chamber more like a luxurious bedroom than a hotel. The balcony view was relaxing, the hard floor cool on the feet in the middle of hot july. The price was reasonable and the location very nice. It would have been even nicer if the hotel were able to offer an iron (or a short-notice ironing service)... More

There isn't really a lot of hotel choices in Siena and an endless stream of tourists - clearly this is a recipe for pervading poor practice and lack of effort. I could complain about the rather outdated decor, lack of a lift, plain room and hard bed, very loud peal of bells from the monastery across the road to wake... More

Stayed here as part of a tour. The hotel is attractive and the walls are nicely painted with scenes that draw the eye. The rooms are tastefully appointed. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and in the shower tiles. The rooms have small room safes. If you are used to putting you iPads, etc, in the safe think again,... More

This was our favourite hotel that we stayed in during our visit to Italy. Bright rooms and newly renovated washrooms. Quiet location within easy walking distance to the main sites. clean rooms that included A/C. Breakfast was included with our stay and provided a nice spread of food and drinks to start your day. Hotel staff was amazing - friendly... More

Very clean, basic but great value for money. Breakfast was average with no hot food on offer. Staff very helpful and friendly. Road next to hotel was very busy and noisy, plus we had bells directly outside our window ringing at early hours. windows blocked out some of the noise but not all.

The location is ideal. Close to downtown, but still quiet most days. That may change on days when the soccer team plays (the small stadium is right behind the hotel). The staff were friendly and let me check in slightly early, when my ride made it to Siena ahead of schedule. As far as the beds go, I stayed in... More

My friends and I (group of 4) stayed here in August for 2 nights. Location of the hotel is good - 5 min walk from main bus stop (we travelled to Siena from Florence) so it was an easy walk with luggage. It is about 5-10 min drive from Siena train station. It is also about 10-15 min walk from... More

First the good points. The hotel itself is delightful. It is ideally placed and only 5-10 minutes walk from Il Campo. Our room was good sized and clean. The aircon worked very well and was needed in the 37 degree heat of Siena. The terrace lounge, breakfast room and restaurant were lovely. Just a couple of bad points. Stock of... More

We stayed here with our two children 17 & 19. Hotel staff all very friendly and check in very efficient. We had a hire car and there was space in the small hotel car park, which was a bonus! Room was fine although smaller than most, but with a decent bathroom. No lift but not a problem for us. Good... More
