Stayed for three nights at this hotel, extending a day from my original booking. Clean, comfortable room, with a lovely view of San Domenico and the Duomo in the distance over the valley. Excellent location, within walking distance of Piazza del Campo, which is simply amazing. Good restaurant too, with 10% discount for guests of the hotel. Friendly and efficient... More

We stayed for four nights in this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, just few minutes from Piazza del Campo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the furnitures were old. The breakfast was poor. There is free wifi, but it isn't so good. There is parking for the clients without any charge.

We stayed at the lovely Hotel Chiusarelli from Sept. 16-20, 2014. It's an elegant looking hotel but not expensive. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, large, had lots of windows & terrace doors, surrounded by a lovely, spacious terrace on 2 sides with lots of colorful window boxes. Beautiful! Even before we arrived, the hotel staff were so helpful by suggesting we... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in October in Room 31. I would avoid this room at all costs. Even a heavy sleeper would have trouble with the noise heard in this room. Partying and loud music in the nearby square was heard until midnight on two of those nights and until 1:45 AM on the third night. Church bells rang... More

We stayed here as the start of our cycle tour of Tuscany, with Iron donkey tours. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean, of decent size and we could use the garage for our bike storage and set up etc which was great. The location is very close to the old town and makes a very... More

I stayed at the Chiusarelli once about 18 years ago and hoped this stay would be as good as the last one. It was! The room was great for the price and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the soccer field. The hotel has about 5 parking spaces and we, luckily, got there early enough to get one of them. Parking... I picked this for our trip to Siena due to the location to the Piaza Del Campo and the bus station. It is an OK hotel with nice rooms and an average breakfast nothing to write home about,Functional and clean.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel on the 3rd level. Room 36 overlooks the street with a view of the church. The room was comfortable and very clean. Be prepared for a loud wake-up from the church bells at 7:00 a.m. / 7:30 a.m...... and the street noise can be very lound. Need to keep the window closed. Walking... More

We stayed here one night during a walking tour. The man who checked us in was rather abrupt verging on rude, but other staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room had an intense smell of perfume which was overwhelming and I developed an allergic reaction. My request of room change was denied and luckily I had antihistamines to get... More

Stayed overnight with 2 friends in a triple room. Plenty of space, neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the girl at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly. Good location but be prepared for the 7 am wake-up from the church bells - part of the charm! Tip - don't drive to Siena on Wednesday mornings -... More
