We only stayed there for a night so this review might not be as valid as the rest, but the overall experience was very good. Very clean and very quiet. The reception was very helpful and they were speaking excellent english. The only things that were a little disturbing was that the staff at the breakfast did not offer us... More

The hotel is positioned 50 metres from escalators to the historical city centre. Parking is available. Rooms are spacious and very clean . Ask for the newly refurnished . Elegant garden available for lunches and dinners. The owners (third generation hoteliers) is committed to satisfy the hosts needs. Very familiar atmosphere and frendly approach. The cusine is very traditional and... More

OK, so, we arrived and we wanted to put our car in the "garage" for 10 euros per day. It comes out the garage is just a small tunnel where you have to put your cars in a queue. The door of the room is a joke, both for security and noise-wise: you will hear EVERYTHING from anyone that walks... More

We stayed for one evening at this hotel in a tiny double room with basic facilities. Escalator over the road gets you up to Siena. Lovely old town with narrow lanes easy to loose your way. Lots of eating places but be prepared for surly service and expensive drinks if you sit on the square! Lovely Duomo cathedral but 7... More

Let me start with the positives: 1 - reception staff are fantastic. 2 - location is wonderful if you have a car. They have free parking and the hotel is located right at the bottom of the escalators leading to the historical center. However, the hotel is older and you can hear every bit of noise on the floor. Even... More

Great location. Best thing about this hotel is the location to the escalator across the street that takes you up to the old city. Very easy. I recommend this hotel for those that drive to Siena as it has some parking across the street. This is about a three floor hotel and the rooms are big. Hotel lobby is also... More

Just below the old walled city. You can walk across the street from the hotel, take a series of escalators and you are right there. Hotel staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. Room was uninspired. Parking across the street.

As most of the reviews say, this is an excellent location if you are driving - just outside the city walls and across the road from the escalators which take you directly up into the old town. Also free parking is a bonus too. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room adequate for our short stay needs too.... More

The hotel is cozy and clean, very good location, free parking, friendly staff, calm. Free and all- day escalator brings to the historical centre almost from the hotel's doors in 2 min. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms and lobby- quite stable for Italy. Normal buffet breakfast. There is restaurant with outdoors tables, but we did not use it. Bar.

Location couldn't be better - cross the road, go down the escalator and in a short time you are in the Centre. Great breakfast area - lovely room, good choices of food and beverages and very good service from staff . One downside was that our first night was very noisy from road noise, people on the street below and... More
