Great hotel. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Perfect for those who stay in Siena with a car. (The hotel is only 5 min drive from a center parking lot - if you don't travel with car do not stay in this hotel because the public transportation is not so convenient)

We had an awful experience at this hotel. I cannot believe they are rated at 4 stars...what a joke! The hotel was filthy. Toenail clippings and hair was left from prior guests. This is a nice hotel, but outside the city walls of Siena. The only way into the city is to walk 2 blocks and catch a bus or take a cab. If you are renting a car and exploring Tuscany this may be an ideal spot because it is close to the train station and highway. The staff was nice... More

Stayed for one night whilst on the way back from touring Tuscany. The name of this hotel is grossly misleading. It is NOT an historic building, and it is NOT in the historic center of town as the name is designed to make you believe. A best Western hotel out of town, helpful staff, found a fabulous Italian restaurant nearby, drove, but could have walked, nice buffet breakfast 10 min drive back to Sienna. Excellent value with plenty of free parking.
