Really nice hotel with great location. Short walk to Il Campo and the Duomo. Friendly staff and free breakfast. We only stayed one night but found the room and bed to be very comfortable. Highly reccomend this place if you are traveling to Siena.

We stayed in this lovely hotel during our 3-day trip to Siena. The location is great; nearby the city center, but not quite that it gets too crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is easily accesible by public transportation. I would do something about the breakfast, though: nothing but lots of sweet bread and stuff. Still,... Alma Domus is perfectly located. Everything is at a walking distance, especially to visit the Duomo and Piazza Campo. We parked our car a few minutes away from the hotel. The room was large, very clean and peaceful. The staff was very polite, friendly and the breakfast was good.

I stayed here for 7 nights. It was a very nice place for my trip in Siena. The location is quite convenient to everything, such as main bus station, good eateries, and the city center. The view in my room was fantastic and the room itself is fairly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was adequate.... More

We stayed 5 nights at Alma Domus and everything was perfect. Very nice room at an interesting price with a gorgeous view, a hotel with a lot of charm in an ancient building, a warm welcome every time from the reception, good choice at breakfast (cakes, bread, fruits, cereals, yogurts, no ham or cheese), room very clean every day and... We've just returned from an extended trip to Tuscany and Hotel Alma Domus was our residence for several days. We loved our room, the spectacular view, the one night of rain pounding the tiles of the houses across from our balcony and most of all the chorus of bells at Vespers (6:00 pm)! We highly recommend the Alma Domus!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights in June and absolutely loved it. The most spectacular view out the balcony, I hated closing the windows even to sleep. Its the type of view where you just want to spend all day in the room because it's so peaceful looking over the city. It's perfectly located, 2 second walk... More

This was one hotel where I would not have minded if it rained since we could lie on our bed and look out on the Duomo and the city. Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was fine, bed was very comfortable, and location is great. If you get a room with a view you should love it here.

I loved the view from this hotel. The room itself reminded me of a motel. It was clean and comfortable but the furnishings were cheesy. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was adequate. The distance to the center of town depended on your stamina for hill climbing: you could either go down a very steep hill and... Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, we were enchanted....built in the 14th century this place is beautiful with it's terrace where you can bring your lunch or supper, have wine and enjoy the view of the city and the Duomo. The area is so quiet you wouldn't believe it. A few restaurants up the stairs or side streets. Located... More
