We rented an apartment here. The courtyard had an 11th century well in it. It was very peaceful in the courtyard. The apartment had a clothes washer in it as well as a kitchen. The bedroom was huge and very quiet as it was secluded from the street. Fabio is a great manager and suggested his favorite restaurant for dinner.... More

Six of us (three couples) rented three rooms at Piazza Paradiso in September. Two rooms were in the apartments across the street and one was in the hotel proper. All rooms were great, though I think the apartments were super. We had a door to the courtyard as did our friends in the other apartment so it was almost like... More

We rented a 1 bedroom apartment from Walter across from the Duomo Hotel. Perfect location... close to everything, Everything was what we wanted...very clean...well equiped...has a beautiful, secluded courtyard garden where we had our morning coffee and pre dinner wine. Walter even carried our heavy luggage up a long stair case to our apartment. walter and his partners spoke English... More

Very helpful staff allowed us early access to the rooms and parked the cars. Good photo directions. Great location near the centre but beware that you'll need to drive down narrow streets. Nice clean rooms.

Paradiso is probably one of the best-managed and most hospitable hotels we have ever stayed at--both in the US and abroad. We booked a studio, and we received a huge space with a bedroom/living room area, separate kitchen and bathroom and even an outdoor patio/garden area. The studio was larger and far nicer than the studio apartments we previously lived... More

This hotel is perfect. I can not find one fault with it. From the moment we checked in the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. They pointed out to us on the map all the key sights and even recommend the best restaurants. Then we were shown to our room. From the cosy layout and comfy memory foam... More

During our 14 days trip in italy, sienna was the best town and paradiso was by far the best b&b we have been in. Walter and fabio run the hotel in a perfect manner and take good care of all the details. Rooms clean and comfortable. Ac and wifi perfect and location right in the middle of sienna. Walter was... The location was optimal both to visit the city and to have free parking space. The family room we had was very dark but quiet. The single beds matresses were particularly uncomfortable. The window was 1.5 meter from the opposite wall. The staff was friendly. The room cleaning was basic. They made only one bed and didn't change the used coffee... More

Of cource I also first asked from downstairs Hotel Duomo, but was politely guided to second floor. This should be better guided during reservation. When finding the right place we were warmly welcomed and our luggage was carried to second floor. We were also driving and they did park our car for a day for a quite reasonable price (20euro)....
