This was a dream of a B&B! We loved every aspect of Marciano...our welcoming host Nina, the welcoming wine from their very own winery, the charming old tuscan architechture, the list goes on. Do make time to have dinner at Marciano as it was one of the best meals we had while in Tuscany! We would go back in a... More

I would go back to this lovely B&B in a heartbeat. Everything was lovely, including the owners. They couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing along with their wine and beautiful views everywhere! We started the day with a bountiful spread of freshly made pastries, fruit, meats, cheeses and anything else you would want for breakfast. Be sure... More

Not sure how we found this agriturismo, but sure glad we did! Beautiful landscape, sunrises, sunsets for this quaint farmhouse turned B&B. They have done a wonderful job of making a lovely place to relax and enjoy Italy. The rooms were roomy, beds comfortable, and bathrooms were up to date and clean. We had 3 couples traveling together and there... More

The room was very nice, with rustic touches and modern conveniences. Nadia and her staff were very helpful and friendly. Be sure to have any available meals with them. The food and wine are fantastic. We met people from all over the world in the 4 dinners we had there. Sharing food and wine from such interesting people was a... More

The grounds, buildings. courtyards, walkways, porches and rooms were all postcard worthy! There were beautiful flowers draping the rustic colorful mixed finishes of the buildings. Our room was clean, and comfortable, decorated with beautiful pine flooring, an old pine dresser, a bed with nightstands, and two chairs with a small table. There was a wonderful deep window by the bed... More

I've been to Italy more than a dozen times over the years and have to say that discovering agriturismos has been a fantastic development! We stayed at the Agriturismo Marciano, near Siena, was a highlight of our last trip! It is easier when you rent a car and drive, for sure, but thT is the only way or see an... More

By far the best time in Italy. Nadia and Maggie are so wonderful! The suite is spectacular! The other rooms are wonderful too. The beds are comfy, pillows are soft, linens are white and elegant. The views are picturesque, like living in a post card. I suggest you eat dinner there every chance you get! You will not be disappointed!... More

Stayed here with three friends the first weekend of November. We had two separate double rooms. The rooms were clean and nice. My only complaint about the room was that over our first night we closed the window and by the morning it smelled pretty musty. Maybe that's impossible to overcome in an old farmhouse. The place has a nice... More

Our stay for two nights at the Agriturismo Marciano was wonderful. Our room was clean, cheerful, and spacious. The food was the best we had in our 2 1/2 week stay in Italy. The breakfast was delicious and the dinners (we had two) were incredible! They included several courses each paired with a wine. All the food was fresh and... More

We had the pleasure of staying in this charming agriturismo in October. I was recommended to this by a woman I met while shopping for shoes! She said it was wonderful and I took her word for it. To put it simply, it exceeded my expectations. The breakfasts were delightful, the dinners amazing. Christian and Nadia are gracious hosts who've... More
