Yes, that was my mistake. I didn't noticed warning about no possibility of free of charge booking cancellation. I immediately called to the hotel and asked to cancel my wrong booking. Call to the Booking operator, they said. I called, operator tried to do everything he can, but hotel was rigid. So, they took 64€ for wrong booking!

We rented this hotel luckily for only one night. We decided to walk from the train station to the hotel which was a terrible idea. Very far from the train station. Also, we were extremely upset to find out after our 45 minute walk from the train station to the hotel we had to walk 20 minutes back in the... More

We travelled from Florence to Siena. We reached the office and it took us around 15 minutes to walk to the room from the office in the rain. The room was nice but extremely dirty. As if it was used by someone else and when the other guests left nobody bothered to clean it: the toilet, the sink, the shower... More

Great location.. About 15 euro cab ride from the station. (You can take city bus too, we dint explore that option). Walkable from the the main historic center. We had a room facing the Main Street and it was extremely noisy almost all night .. The room was decent size.. Breakfast was the worst we had in our 18 day... More

The staff here were so friendly and very accommodating. My room was great - very clean with a tv and a private terrace with a shared kitchen between three rooms, round the corner from the main hotel. Great value for money. Could only be improved by adding wifi!

My family and I spent 1 night at this family run B&B and would recommend it to anyone. It appears to be a family run business, all of whom we met were really nice and helpful. Great location, walking distance from the Duomo and Piazza El Campo. P.S. FYI: They speak fluent spanish, english and obviously Italian.

The receptionist, Joy, who is also the daughter of the family who owns these B&B's, was very kind and tried to be helpful. We got very lost as the directions were not clear in any way. We called and her father tried to guide us to the office as we were accidentally IN the city. He couldn't figure out where... More

The owners and staff could not have been nicer to us. We drove to Siena, and got a little lost. We called, and they asked us to wait ten minutes, as they sent someone over on a scooter to meet us and guide us in. Our room was small but nice enough, as we were not expecting much more. The... More

We were greeted kindly and joy speaks excellent English. We had charming apartment with a small kitchen overlooking a side street near a deli. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Our had a lot of stairs to climb so keep that in mind. Breakfast was fair, serving coffee, yogurt, homemade torte and packaged pastries. Wifi was not available in... More
