This was a true Tuscan cooking experience. Flavio the host was warm, friendly and patient. Not only do you learn how to prepare a genuine Tuscan 3 course meal but you learn about the culture and rich history of Italian cooking while doing so. Anyone looking for a fun experience should definitely do this course. It was amazing!

We did a cooking class here and it was absolutely wonderful. We did the "small" one, but we got to sample multiple wines, make 2 pasta dishes, 1 meat dish, and 3 appetizers - so the "small" seemed plenty big to us! The hosts (Katia and Fulvio, I believe) are extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and all of... More

This was the highlight of our most recent trip to Italy. We LOVED Fulvio as he was charming, helpful, and a big tease! He greeted us upon arrival with a glass of wine and immediately began charming us with his wonderful personality. Our rooms were just perfect. Each day he helped us with our 'plans' to tour the hill towns... More

The setting, the food, the hospitality and the authenticity, you cannot ask for more. Fulvio and Katia are a delight, nothing is too much trouble. We have been coming over for 10 years now and are always greeted with warmth and friendship. If you want real and genuine this is where to go.

This is a cooking class right inside the home of the family that has a bed and breakfast. Fulvio and Katya where are host and instructors in this incredible Italian cooking class. And there were only four couples in the class which made it much more enjoyable and more personable. It was all hands-on, and we learned a great deal... More

The cooking class with Katia was the highlight of our family trip to Italy for my 8 year old daughter. We were paired up with another couple from the States and had a fantastic time making pasta from scratch, a couple different sauces, appetizers, and saltimbucca. Katia included my daughter every step of the way and was very accommodating of... More

My husband and I decided to book a cooking class during our visit to San Gimignano. This was the perfect class! Even though we took the 'advanced' cooking class, Katia made it very easy. We learned how to make two different pastas, two different sauces, some antipasto, and a late summer tiramisu with yogurt and blood orange juice instead of... More

From the moment we arrived until the morning we left, we were made to feel welcome and loved. Katia stopped what she was doing to provide us with a welcome drink and a snack when we arrived. Fulvio was constantly making sure we were happy with the food he was serving. We stayed in the apartment which was very large... More

We took the "beginner" cooking class and it was fun and the outcome was delicious! Can't wait to make homemade picci pasta with red sauce and prosciutto wrapped chicken cutlets for my loved ones back home. The teacher, Katia, is a real gem with a great sense of humor - you can't go wrong with her class. Also the setting... More
