Cannot comment on cost or value for money as it was included in a tour that was arranged for us. Our group had the entire accomodation on top of a hill next to the main buildings, accessed along a short white gravel road lined by cypress trees. The views across the valleys all around us were just breathtakingly beautiful. Unfortunately,... More

We stayed in Fattorie Santo Pietro for a week in september 2013, and we loved the place. When we arrived (late in the evening) we had some language problems in the reception (no one spoke english), but we got our keys and came a long way with finger-language. The next day there were someone at work we could communicate in... More

The minute we arrived we had fallen in love... Driving down the first path, you feel more serene and peaceful than ever before! The man at the front desk was extremely welcoming & showed us to our room (since it is a drive away from the reception). The infinity pool is the main highlight of the hotel! Even though the... More

We visited Santo Pietro to plan for our wedding. We were given a wide ranging tour, as well as invited back to sample the restaurant. We were exceptionally impressed with the personal treatment we were given by Vittorio, and delighted by the talents of Chef Paulo. We still remember his Crespelli and the amazing touch he has for dolci. He... More

We stayed in an apartment at Santo Pietro and the location is private, peaceful and with tremendous views. The apartment was typically furnished with old Tuscan furniture and was spacious and clean. The large swimming pool looked a bit tatty but it did its job, was cleaned daily and was warm with lots of space around to accommodate guests. Housekeeping... More

Located in the middle of nowhere around 15 km from San Gimignano, this establishment should be a hard to find, but the directions given from the hotel combined with GPS actually made it very easy to find. The Fattorie di Santo Pietro comprises the main building with reception and restaurant, a complex with hotel-like rooms and one complex with apartments... More

I booked Fattorie Santo Pietro through Easy Reserve, an online booking agency, for our trip to Tuscany. Unfortunately, on many points, this was not the property represented - nor does it live up to the reviews below. Our apartment (called a 'villa' online was quite a stretch!!) was for 4 and did offer 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These were... More

We booked a two bedroom apartment for a week to meet friends and see Tuscany for the first time. To us, this was more like glorified camping. Yes the views were great but not much else. We picked this since it was August and A/C was important. We paid an extra 60 Euro and it barely spit out cool air.... More

We absolutely loved eating in the restaurant in the evening, the food was fantastic and at a great price. The chef was incredible! The wine - made on the estate - was beautiful too, and great value for money. The pool was incredible and the rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful, if you're looking to... More

What a wonderful place! So beautiful and peaceful! We are kicking ourselves for only having booked here for one night! The view and scenery was breathtaking and our rooms were clean and spacious enough! It is only a 10 min drive from San Griminango but yet we felt like we were the only people deep in the tuscan countryside! What... More
