We have stayed in apartment Alice on two previous occasions and would definitely recommend it. It has lovely views from the bedroom and a large kitchen. This time apartment Alice was not available so we booked apartment Daiana four months in advance of our stay. When we arrived we were advised that the apartment was not available and they could... Perfect location on the main street in San Gimignano. Very nice apartment with kitchen and bathroom and beautiful view. The only minus I found was kitchen equipment. There wasn't any cutlery, glasses, kettle.

the hotel was located in the heart of the town, on its central road. the room was actually an apartment, renovated, clean and spacious. the bedroom had an air-condition. the owner was fluent in english, very helpful and she provided us with the best parking solution because the parking outside the town's wall was quite expensive. finding the room can... Loved the apartment. Agree with other reviews that a fan would have saved the day in the hot kitchen of apartment Daiana. Bedroom lovely and cool and dark though. Loved the view from the kitchen and shower. However, I reserved this accommodation thinking breakfast was included as the website advertises as a B & B telling the reader that breakfast... More

We stayed in the Daiana apartment for 3 nights and I totally agree with everything said in the review before this one. The apartment was poorly equipped (not even a wine glass!) and the air conditioning was next to useless as it only just worked in the bedroom area. During September after a busy day and climbing all the steps... More

stayed 2 nights in the top 'apartment' (Daiana) on the main street ;wonderful view from the kitchen / shower room . Kitchen was completely non-functioning ( no utensils - not even a cup !) but a comfortable bed , air-con , clean , very well-situated - so would definitely stay again.

The views from the apartment are great. Kitchen is really handy. Right on main strip but you wouldn't know it as it is quiet. Only downside is that air con is not strong enough and kitchen was boiling. Need a fan in here. They should include breakfast at the price seeing they also run the bakery. But that's San Gimignano... We loved this apartment and wished we had stayed a day longer. The back view was absolutely breathtaking. Our one bedroom apt was spacious and immaculate. There were a lot of stairs to climb, but it was worth it. Check in is at a different site. Great location near the entrance to the town. Wow - what a great town!!

We utilized 2 rooms while travelling with my husband and our high school and college kids. The rooms are smallish - but perfect for our needs. This was our third time staying in San Gimignano - and we loved the apartment stay - Located on the main street up towards the main Cisterna Piazza, we stayed in "Diane" and "Alice"... More

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment is perfect if you want no fuss. It has a large kitchen and a good sized bedromm overlooking the countryside. The location is right inside San G. When we originally arrived we got lost and Barbara came and picked us up, great service! This apartment would be great for small families ,... More
