The place is absolutely amazing. it is a lovely farmhouse with great view over san gimignano. the room is big, and decorating with a warm and homey atmosphere. Casanova di Pecille does pretty much what it says on the tin. It's a farmhouse rather idiosyncratically converted into a series of en suite rooms. I see many reviews that reflect our experience. Upon the recommendation of my husband's brother-in-law, we drove from Milano to Tuscana just to see San Gimignano --he also suggested Casanova di Piscille. Property is gorgeous! No doubt about that. Location is good (if want to be within 15 min drive of San Gimignano). Rooms were decorated in the old farmhouse charm, very nice. Breakfast was fine. This is the second year we have visited Casanova di Pescille. Roberto & Monica have got an amazing farmhouse. I find it completely relaxing and the rooms are so clean. We drove in a hire car from Pisa which took about 1 1/2 hours over twisty roads with beautiful views.
