The ideal location for spending the night in this beautiful medieval city. The rooms are all different, with a lot of atmosphere. The bathrooms are well equipped and surprisingly spacious. All have a private bath which is not standard in Italy. The staff is friendly. I was a bit worried getting my family of 7 and all the luggage there,... More

Nice rooms, very clean, poor internet, but with a superb location right I the middle of the town. The breakfast was extremely poor, with minimum choices.... Friendly staff, all around the clock. There is a problem driving to the hotel, as it forbidden to enter by car in the Center of the city.

We have stayed here a number of times over the last ten years, and each time are completely satisfied. Our room is big and overlooks the main square. Triple glazing and effective shutters cut out noise and light if required The rooms are individually air conditioned. There is WiFi and a good choice of TV channels. Breakfast is good with... More

We, unfortunately, were only able to spend one night here, but it was fantastic. We actually booked this hotel the night before, due to a mixup at the place we were staying previously. Somehow we managed to get the 'Apartment' and it was just wonderful. HUGE. Two bedrooms, living room, bathroom. A gorgeous view of the Tuscan countryside. It's right... More

The hotel is located in one if the best place in town. Close to all the interesting visit points at the city. Actually right after I booked via booking.com the hotel contacted with me in order to give us arriving instructions. When we arrive we were amazed by the hotel. This hotel was centrally located in Piazza Cisterna (and the world's best gelato -- award winning) is located just across the square. We were able to drive right up to the hotel to unload the luggage. It was a nice surprise to be upgraded to the apartment! What a treat. The views from our room were spectacular. The staff were... This nice hotel is found right on the main square of this hill town. Our rooms were large and tastefully decorated. The staff were very helpful: arranged parking, made dinner reservations, aided with driving directions to and from Florence, etc. Our view was to the east- truly outstanding. If there were late night noises from the square, we did not... More

Leon Bianco offered us a very comfortable and pleasent stay, beautifully situated and with excellent service. I think I´ve never experienced a better mix of location, service, comfort and price. San Gimignano is beautiful, extraordinary, and during the daytime overcrowded with turists (like us). When the daytrippers have left, you can enjoy some excellent restaurants and have a quiet walk... In the square, lovely view. Hotel very nice, helpful staff. Breakfast ok, not the best we had in Italy, but more than sufficient. Clean and good sized room. Parked outside walls in Car Park 1, A bit of a walk, but there is a bus if needed! Would go back again, San Gimignano is a great place.

We stayed here for the night of June 17 and were very pleased with it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had three rooms, one of which was the Apartment on the top floor. The apartment is very large with two bedrooms (we only used one), a living room, a large modern bathroom with a huge bathtub/shower, and... More
