We rented this apt without knowing if we would like it or not... Well, situated in the heart of San Gimignano, it has ample space for a family, it's super clean and nice....Claudio and Daniela were superb hosts helping us with the bags and tips on what to visit. It includes everything you need for a beautiful and relaxing vacation... More

The very best at the beginning: the view into Via San Matteo is unbeaten. The apartment is very well equipped with linens, toiletries and all the kitchen stuff you need for cooking. You have access to WiFi and - very important during the World Cup - a Sat TV in excellent quality. We also rented a garage which is very... More

We enjoyed 15 nights in this apartment & it was the ideal base from which to explore the Toscana region. The apartment location was ideal, very close to everything in San Gimignano - to be able to listen to the sounds of the town right outside our window was exactly the Tuscany experience we were seeking. Our hosts were very... More

Nice apartment with living room, bedroom and kitchen, well equipped, located in one of the main pedestrian streets. Beautiful view from the windows. While it is a few meters of the main attractions of the town, the room is very quiet. And who is in San Gimignano, with its hills and towers, can not complain of the two floors of... More

Claudio met us outside the gate and helped get us settled in the apartment. The apartment was well-appointed, with linens, toiletries, and all the kitchen utensils, plates, pots, etc you would need to cook for yourself, if you desired. Claudio also gave several good recommendations for places to see in town. All in all, we had a lovely stay at... More

This is a great place to stay in Tuscany. The apartment is very spacious, and clean, and safe. It is up-to-date within a very old building. I will never ever forget the wonderful view of the surrounding countryside when I opened up the blinds the first morning. Our host was able to recommend a very good local restaurant and breakfast... We really enjoyed the experience we had in wonderful apartment. Claudio was a pleasure to deal with and only added to the total enjoyment of our trip and stay in SAn Gimignano. The location could not be better. It was close to everything, yet nice and quite for restful times. Claudio could not have been more helpful.
