Since the last years we staid in the appartment for one week during san silvestro. The appartment lies in the middle of the center and the owner claudio and daniel do everything for a perfect stay. The appartment has everything you need to have a pleasent holiday.

absolutely amazing location, a great apartment in a wonderful setting and with great hosts. Plenty of characters but also modern comforts (free wi-fi, plenty of international TV channels, easy to set air conditioning),views to dream of. Obviously I would not recommend it to someone with a mobility impairment (this is in the middle of a fully preserved medieval village), but... More

We stayed just one night in Claudio and Daniela's apartment. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as the bus stopped at P.S.Giovanni only, not P.S.Matteo, which is nearer the apartment. But Claudio kindly came to find us near the Duomo. Although he has only a little English he explained everything about the apartment perfectly well and was... More

We stayed at Claudio's apartment in mid September. Claudio and Daniella are lovely hosts and they help with any info you need. Claudio recommended a lovely restaurant just outside the wall, near the bus stop, GO, it is great, It is the one with red table cloths. (near where you get the bus to Sienna) The apartment has everything you... More

The very best at the beginning: the view into Via San Matteo is unbeaten. The apartment is very well equipped with linens, toiletries and all the kitchen stuff you need for cooking. You have access to WiFi and - very important during the World Cup - a Sat TV in excellent quality. We also rented a garage which is very... More

We enjoyed 15 nights in this apartment & it was the ideal base from which to explore the Toscana region. The apartment location was ideal, very close to everything in San Gimignano - to be able to listen to the sounds of the town right outside our window was exactly the Tuscany experience we were seeking. Our hosts were very... More

Nice apartment with living room, bedroom and kitchen, well equipped, located in one of the main pedestrian streets. Beautiful view from the windows. While it is a few meters of the main attractions of the town, the room is very quiet. And who is in San Gimignano, with its hills and towers, can not complain of the two floors of... More

Claudio met us outside the gate and helped get us settled in the apartment. The apartment was well-appointed, with linens, toiletries, and all the kitchen utensils, plates, pots, etc you would need to cook for yourself, if you desired. Claudio also gave several good recommendations for places to see in town. All in all, we had a lovely stay at... More
