I were here with 3 friends 2 nights in August. The pension is in a very old, charming and historical building, totally in a center of old city, just 100m from the main square. The furniture and all equipment are very old. Using the corridor and the stairway is difficult with big luggage’s, and no staff who managing this. The... More

We stayed here for one night in July. Although we arrived during check in times there was no one there as the lady had nipped out for an ice cream!. We were promised free parking on arrival but there were no spaces due to a concert. Driving up to the hotel seemed complicated so we parked in the nearest public... More

We loved staying in this locally positioned ancient hotel! The staff made it perfect for us, by explaining the original furnishings and giving us great tips for excellent places to eat. They even hurried down to the city gates personally on our last morning to make sure of the time and location of the bus we were taking. We would... More

For the first night I was given a room on the top floor, right under the roof and the roof tiles. "It's the coolest one," said the charming hostess, optimistically, as the perspiration ran down both our faces. The excessive heat made my first night really difficult. The promised wifi wasn't working, and remained inaccessible for the duration of my... More

I stayed for one night here in May and loved being in this ancient and beautiful building. My room had everything you need - clean, great bathroom with good hot water shower plus lovely antique furniture with a view over terracotta rooftops. The owners were very friendly with lots of good advice about places to eat and visit Would definitely... More

The owners of Palazzo Buonaccorsi were very helpful in every respect. Because of unfortunate circumstances we had to change our booking on the day of our arrival and they accommodated us, made phone calls on our behalf and were very sympathetic to our situation. The rooms are clean and spacious and they have a small backyard where one can sit... More

Wouldnt trade it, no, i would not. Nothing completes the San Gimignano spirit like this place. Visited for second time, i am sure to come here again. Owners can give you various trips ideas and tips, just ask for them at the beginning or find them in the patio. You might wanna schedule your arrival and be on time, but... More

I had the luxury of spending 5 nights at the Palace in San Gimginano and getting into the village lifestyle. I was traveling alone and the owners took great care of regularly checking on my satisfaction with the accommodation and activities that they could advise on. I was lucky to have a whole floor to myself, and although paying for... More

We really enjoyed staying at Pierluigui´s house in San Gimignano! It couldnt be better located, just in the heart of the town! The house is charming, our bedroom was lovely and sharing the bathroom wasnt a problem at all. Pierluigui gave us good hints and we had a great night in SG! Unfortunally it was just one night. I hope... More
