For us the hotel was a Very good hotel. The design, room, breakfast, dinner, service, we are all 6 person (3 room) very satisfied. The location near the bus station took us easy to the center and then to the tower. The price compere to many other hotels in the area was good.

Just got back from 2 nights at this hotel, the hotel itself is very white at reception and the bar area and the restaurant so is a little clinical. The rooms were modern full of lights and mirrors, the dark colours in the room did show up the knocks and scuffs so is a little worn. Lack of storage for... More

The hotel is gorgeous, very modern. The problem is that the architects did not pay enough attention to the usability of their design! Examples: - there are many mirrors and lights behind them. There is no clear way which way to turn each light. We could not go to sleep because we could not turn off the last one. We... More

Firstly, having stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels, I have certain standards, which this hotel does tick off. But some need to be improved to get it to the standard I expect. Firstly all the plus points. We arrived Friday afternoon, and didn't have to wait long till a guy came picked us up from the... More

The San Ranieri has won many design awards and quite rightly so. At night it is very colourful and stands out from the boring box like hotels seen the world over. This is not the sort of hotel we would normally choose to stay in but it was well reviewed by others and very convenient for the airport. We booked... More

The hotel is very beautiful and modern, in a quiet district of Pisa. The staff is helpful, one little thing i should have mention: on booking.com they wrote providing free bicycles, but when we arrived the guy at the reception said, the bikes available only from april because the weather (also it was very nice and sunny). The next day we tried... 2 nights in San Ranieri - picked up from airport (10 minutes) by hotel shuttle bus (10 euros for six of us). Room well equipped, clean, quiet. Breakfast OK, could use a few more staff, reception very helpful. Excellent restaurant , le Vecchia, 100 metres away, same family as hotel. Location 15 minutes taxi to leaning tower, bus stops close... More

The hotel is well designed and very modern. Our room was clean and comfortable. The parking was free. There is good link between the hotel area and the city centre by public buses. Asked a receptionist about how to reach the leaning tower; she said we can get a bus from a stop near the hotel to the central station... More
