We only stayed here one night but would recommend this hotel. It's abit outside the city but for one night that didn't matter for us. Really funky decor inside the rooms and also public areas. We ate in the restaurant the night we were there and it turned out the manager was from Dublin too and looked after us so... More

This hotel is light, airy and modern. In fact, think Stanley Kubrick A Space Odyssey 2001. The decor is minimalist and futuristic and very much to our liking. The hotel is spotless, bathroom beautiful, and there is very good air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfasts are impressive, with quite a variety on offer: wholesome cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and... More

If you have never traveled to Pisa, then you won't know how small it is. Hotel San Ranieri isn't the closest to the major attractions, but it's right on the bus line, and if you're a true traveler, than that's perfect enough. The hotel is GORGEOUS. Not in a historic beauty type of way as it is VERY modern. It's... More

Well the hotel itself is nice, but I had a feeling about a cheap 4 star hotel somehow. The soundproof of the rooms also very bad. I waked up several times during the night because somebody was very noisy outside. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. A big shopping mall is very close to... The hotel looks kind of futuristic from the outside. Almost 70's. Wait until you get inside, quite new yet in the retro 70's style. The staff is very friendly and helping out whenever possible. The spaghetti I had for dinner was to die for. Freshly made and delicious. The portions don't look too big but just enough to fill you... More

The staff was helpful and polite and gave us tips to how to get... More

I booked into one of the junior suites for 2 nights. The room itself is beautiful, the bed was clean, fresh & super comfy. The bathroom was spotless, also beautiful & modern. Plenty of space throughout. The staff (all of them) were very helpful & friendly and anything we needed was accomodated :) The breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice,... More

"+" : Excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, (cosy and design), public transportation nearly next to the hotel. "-" : We hear the noise from the hallway, no many restaurants around. I stayed in this hotel +/- 4 nights in december 2014 ---- The reception ---- I has a shuttle from the airport to the hotel booked, but I didnt know where... More

We stayed at this hotel for four nights at the time of my husbands birthday. We upgraded to a superior room which I'd recommend because it's not expensive and the location is far better than the standard rooms. The hotel is a little out of the way of main Pisa but the public transport is so frequent and easy to... More

Very nice clean, modern hotel. Only stayed here for one night as we were simply visiting the Leaning Tower and moving on. Place was very comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Was roughly 5 - 10 min drive to the Leaning Tower
