A bit confusing when you arrive as you have to check in at the sister hotel, Relais del Orogolio, which is also a bit tricky to find. When we finally found Oroglio, we were advised that we would not be able to go to our hotel, as there was a problem with the air conditioning, so we were put in... More

The fridge in room dirty. Breakfast not good warm plastic cheese n ham not much of a selection of pastries. I expected to eat in... More

My sister and I stayed here, while we came to visit the leaning tower of Pisa. When we checked in at the other Hotel a few blocks over, the staff there were not incredibly nice, and were currently speaking negatively about the other customers right in front of us. When we got to our room, we tried to hook up... More

Room not ready on arrival due to air conditioning failure. Alternative accommodation provided. Transferred the following day only to find air conditioning failed within the first hour. Eventually fixed (needed as it was 32 degrees). Room was small and in average condition but bathroom poor, mould around shower base and cubical leaked making it more like a wet room. Great... More

Having spent a week in Italy in a number of hotels we were looking forward to our stay at Relaid dei Flora in Pisa. Expecting high quality accommodation we were soon to be disappointed. The potential was there but the quality sorely lacking. The room was rather shabby with a badly stained carpet, leaky shower head and black mould in... More

Grubby rooms, black mould in the shower, grotty carpets. Clean sheets but stained bed cover. Dusty furniture. Breakfast was poor, tinned pineapple and plain yogurt, bread, cheese and meat. You have to pay for a second cup of coffee. It is within minutes of the Tower and main shopping area but walking in Pisa is easy. It is in the... More

As other members have a,ready mentioned you need to book in at the sister hotel 5 mins away. This wasn't a problem as we already knew this and was on the way to the hotel from the tower. You can get the local city bus to the centre Pisa and the tower from both the airport and train station for... More

I booked this"hotel" for 2 nights as a special treat to end our 10 day stay in Italy, it was quite expensive but reading the reviews and comments, felt that it would be worth the money. How wrong could I be, the supposedly Superior double room was tiny, hardly room to swing the proverbial cat. The sink in the bathroom... More

Room is lovely, but annoyed that the website I booked from had the wrong booking in details. The other major gripe I have is the miserly one small cup of coffee allowed with breakfast, the other guests staying at the same time all agreed it was very mean. Then to charge €2.50 -€6.00 depending on what you want a second... More

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with my husband. We did find it a little unusual having to check in at the Relais Dell Orologi but thanks to other tripadvisor reviews this wasn't a surprise. We arrived around 11pm and took a tax from the airport (15 Euros due to the time of night, cost 8 Euros from Pisa... More
