Classic, clean cool room, great shower, lovely relaxing garden outside - probably didn't make full use of the facilities available as not enough time, but would recommend and the price was great through Expedia

The hotel is a typical middle-class house presumably of the very beginning of the 20th century and has been refurbished preserving many its original characteristics but guaranteeing the modern comforts. My room was silent enough, wide with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. The window overlooked the a street, which fortunately was rather quiet. The air conditioner worked properly.... More

Booked 1 night in July a month in advance thru Expedia. Hotel advised about 18 hours by email before arrival that they cancelled reservation. No phone call, no reasons given, no apologies, nothing. So had to find room at short notice myself for family as Expedia were as good as chocolate teapot. It was also interesting that hotel still had... More

This hotel is clean, charming and very inviting. There are just a few rooms and therefore a very relaxing and more authentic atmosphere. The small garden was perfect for resting you feet after some hours of sightseeing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a 5 minute walk from the tower and lots of nice restaurants.

Nice and compact hotel except the garden (needs to be attended to. Slightly kills the beauty of the hotel). The room was beautiful, clean and a good size. The reception/owner was very helpful and nice. Although it's strange that the hotel is closes at 1am and you can't leave the premises with the key. Walking distance to the Leaning tower... More

I stayed here for one night. Its clean and comfortable, Breakfast was good. Its a 5 minute walk away from everything you would want to see. Situated on a quiet street. The owner was lovely but conversation was limited due my non existent Italian and their limited English. They were lovely though. Its all you would need for a quick... More

Down a quiet side street, this hotel is very well located near to the Leaning Tower. It's also near Pisa's buzzy market district with lots of cafes and bars- turn left out of the hotel, then immediately right down via Alessandro Volta, then just keep going straight on down narrow streets. Our room was small but quiet, looking out on... More

We stayed 2 days in Hotel Novecento, Pisa, on a business and family trip. Location was great, in the center of town, within walking distance of tourist attractions and excellent restaurants. Nicely restructured ancient building. Clean and safe. Owners were friendly and most helpful. Public parking in the immediate vicinity.

Booked early September 2013 via Venere on a great rate. The hotel then cancelled the booking claiming credit card was entered incorrectly. This was untrue. Going back to try to book again, price had significantly increased. So binned it off and went to an amazing b&b called Five Roses in Pisa. Suspect they decided not to provide the room at... More
