Just a few minutes walk from the Leaning Tower and the Field of Miracles. Stayed here with our teenage children and we all had a very comfortable stay, it has 2 very nice lounges. The hotel is dated but is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was adequate and you can park your car at the back of the hotel for... More

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night in early August. The hotel is very simple and reasonably priced. On arrival the man on reception was exceptionally helpful and went to great lengths to advise us on sights, restaurants, personal safety etc. Breakfast is a little meagre however! The hotel is within 100m of Leaning Tower and all the main... More

We booked this property fairly late, based on TA recommendations, after the 12-year-old grandson with whom we toured Europe let us know he would love to see the Leaning Tower (reviewed separately). The 27-room hotel is modest and broadened our grandson's knowledge about the differences between, say, three-star and five-star accommodation. The manager gave us phone instructions when we encountered... More

We stayed here for one night only to make the flight home from Pisa airport less stressful. It was perfect for spending one day in the city - literally a 10 second walk from the leaning tower! The guy on the front desk was amazing telling us where to go and where not to go! Basic rooms and your average... More

The Hotel Roma was the perfect base for my recent trip to Pisa and the surrounding area. You cross the road, walk for 1 minute and the famous Piazza, cathedral and its leabing bell tower are all their for you to see. Breakfast was typically continental. The spread wasn't bad but could do with opening up on the choice just... More

We stayed for one night and arrived quite late but we found the desk staff very willing to help with directions and recommendations for dinner. You can't get much closer to the leaning tower and the rest of town is a short walk away. The hotel was clean with good wi-if and a good breakfast. The lift was an added... More

We stayed 1 night here at the end of our Tuscan trip. The objective was to see the leaning tower and surrounding area, before our early flight home. The location of this hotel is perfect, it is literally 1 minute walk from the tower area. The hotel itself is small, staff were very friendly and helpful, I found it unusual... More

This hotel is so close to the Field of Miracles you can almost touch it! Good hotel, good breakfast, not too expensive, Not noisy despite its location. Our room had no view and no facilities to make a cup of coffee or tea. Water pressure seemed a bit on the low side too. But otherwise OK and the staff friendly... More

When planning a visit to Pisa, obviously the main focus of your visit is the Leaning Tower - we wanted a hotel that was centrally located to the tower, but wasn't too expensive, and the Hotel Roma fit exactly this criteria. It was probably less than a five minute walk from the front of the hotel to the Piazza del... More

So much better than we expected for the price we paid. Bedding and towels as good as the best, which is never a given at these prices. Could hardly be nearer the Tower of Pisa, on the bus route to the airport and a lovely lounge and outdoor area to take a break from the city in. Our room was... More
