Borgo di Colleoli is situated in a beautiful setting and is lovely and quiet. Our apartment was well equipped. We slept like babies. The cupboard in the room unfortunately had NO SHELVES to unpack your clothing. The hotel offered us different packages for dining at the hotel. The prices are exorbant! We did not make use of any of these... more

We picked the Borgo based on a combination of photos and other people's reviews and we were not disappointed in any way, in fact, everything turned out to be better than we could have anticipated! The other thing which was important to us was that it was not too far to drive from Pisa airport, as we didn't want a... more

My boyfriend and I stayed in a studio apartment early August this year for five nights. Very reasonable cost and the studio was totally adequate in size for two (no need to have a one-bed really) with nice furnishings and big bathroom. The kitchen lacked in pots and pans but otherwise well equipped. The TV had Sky and BBC so... more

Spent a week late august in an apartment at the Borgo with our family of 4 including two small children. We booked a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment through [--]and a wonderful woman by the name of Assunta. I had a million questions and she was so lovely and patient and answered every single one of them. Also, the cost... more

This was my third trip to the Borgo and as previously, we had a wonderful time. The Borgo is a mix of hotel and privately owned self-catering apartments. Some of the hotel is owned as a time-share. The property is carefully maintained and has been sympathetically restored over the last few years and retains a huge amount of character. This... more

Stayed in the hotel at the Borgo in an absolutely fantastic room. In fact it is not a room it is more like a suite. The bed is very comfortable with high class linen and bathroom with great towels and a jacuzzi. The lounge has got two comfertable sofas, TV and DVD player. The two swimmingpools are also very nice... more

We stayed in March for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The Borgo is situated within beautiful rolling hills, in easy reach of all the main tourist destinations. The Borgo caters for all one's needs (at great luxury) if you decide not to venture out but my recommendations are the town of Lucca (about 40mins drive) and the... more

We had a few days holiday in the Borgo in August 07. It was my first time to Italy and I was not disappointed. The heat, the sounds, the smells - everything that I had imagined. The pool was clean, inviting and refreshing and the views around the complex are sensational. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated... more

We really could not have asked for a more beautiful setting for our honeymoon. The amazing surroundings and the weather, ok I can't guarantee the weather everythime. But one things guaranteed is the magnificent views where ever you look. All members of staff are happy to help and no job is too much trouble. The food at the wine bar... more

My girlfriend and I stayed in one of the private apartments (there is also a small hotel on site) at Borgo Di Colleoli for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was a good size with a living area, double bedroom and bathroom. It wasn’t as modern as some of the hotels we stayed in for the rest of... more
