My wife and I stayed here last week after flying into Pisa quite late and getting a taxi from the airport. The good: They were absolutely fine about us turning up after 11pm (we did mention this on booking) The room was clean, although felt a little dated. The room had a (powered) metal roller shutter which is great if... More

We stayed one night here after arriving late into Pisa on our way South. The hotel is a little tricky to find if you are driving but once there it is well worth the search. Comes with its own private car park. The beds were comfortable and, as someone else has said, the mattress was very firm rather than the... More

Internet only works in the lobby, rooms were nice, breakfast was okay. Location was within walking distance to the tower and downtown area. Taxi was 7 Euros to the central train station. Nothing spectacular but makes for a nice home base for a trip in the region.

Stayed here on a Riviera holiday,Situated next to a grafitti strewn, urine smelling underpass, which enables walking access into Pisa in daylight but not something I would wish to use in the dark. Our room was on the small side-no bath-but quiet and clean. The major drawback with this hotel was the food.Breakfast was barely adequate and not of 4* quality but it paled... A good hotel situated approx 10 mins from the airport, do use the hotels shuttle service, it's about 10 euros cheaper than a local cab, it's also very close to the leaning tower. Breakfast was good and the staff are very helpful. The only let down is the dated look of the rooms and the bathroom.

Foyer quite impressive and a good breakfast. Unfortunately the bedroom was a little disappointing. Furniture looked tired. Free wifi but you had to keep logging in after two hours. Drinks from the bar were nothing special - too much ice. Compared to other 4 star hotels I have stayed in, this one lacked something. About 15 minute walk to the... More

Stayed here for 4 nights on a Riviera Travel holiday. We arrived early so we had a wait until the room was ready but lunch at the bar and eaten on the patio was fine. Our room overlooked the road but noise was not a problem. Our room was comfortable with everything we needed. Wifi was good but some in... More

Spent one night in Pisa in May, on our way to the south. We travelled by car so it was easy to find the hotel, even though the location on the other side of the railway was not the most ideal. It took about 15 mins to walk to the Pisa tower. Hotel itself was very nice and modern, good... More

Despite some websites suggesting the "grand" days being behind the grand bonanno I thought it was an excellent hotel. The staff were really helpful and although I only stayed at the hotel for two of my seven nights (it's a long story) I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. In summary. A smart but relaxed hotel with lovely helpful... More

Stayed here in March and really enjoyed our time.we spent two nights in Pisa before moving on to Florence .Hotel staff were great and very helpful with any info you need . We found that one day was enough in Pisa , then caught the train to Lucca which was only a short trip on the direct line , we... More
