We stayed here for two nights in July for a quick visit to Pisa. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Check in was quick and efficient if a little bland and certainly not overly friendly, however witnessing the staff over the two days it depended on what mood they were in or who you got!... more

Close to Pisa Airport and yet walking distance to all the attractions.(Close pizzeria nearby if you arrive late). A nice hotel, clean, good food, semi friendly staff. A good introduction to Italian 'friendliness' or lack of.However this is not confined to the Hotel Bonanno and if its your first time in this part of Italy ,it may be a gentle intro as to... more

Really nice hotel, central to main strip and red bus line runs every ten minutes from airports and stop about 5min walk from the hotel. Would defenitely be back (no problem with noise, only comment beds are slightly to hard for my partners back). more

We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon - it was gorgeous! Rooms were immacuately clean (and I am fussy!) and food was lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful - ask to hire the bikes as they are a great way to get around Pisa! We used this hotel as a base to explore Italy and my biggest advice... more

We just spent our vacation in Tuscany, and stayed at Grand Hotel Bonanno overnight. We like its clean room, good services, and staff hospitality. I would also highly recommend Osteria dei Cavalieri (excellent Tuscany Cuisine) and IL Vecchio Forno Pizza Salumi (excellent biscotti). The trip to Tuscany is our best vacation. more

We stayed in this hotel for a night after a lovely stay out in the Tuscan countryside. Pisa itself was a welcome surprise after busy Florence but there must surely be a number of hotels charging the same as Hotel Bonnano that are not at the exit of a busy main underpass and therefore very noisy if your room is... more

Conveniently located just far away from the leaning tower tourist hotspot and yet just a few minutes walk to these and other sites. We arrived at Pisa Centrale train station and a 5-6 euro taxi ride later were at the Grand Hotel Bonnano. Reception provide you with a map of the city, while the rooms are clean and, despite our... more

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and used it as a base to explore some of Tuscany. For this purpose the hotel was great, its only a 10 min walk to the tower or the center of pisa, if you walk at more than a snails pace, and the Lina ROSSA bus stop is only 200m away, and this... more
