We stayed on the top floor, the lift stopped a floor below, but the room was very comfortable and well designed. Might be slightly challenging to locate it because it in a side alley just before the large road that leads to the tower.

The hotel is very close to Pisa tower. Thats about it. Nothing else can be added as a plus to this hotel. Rooms are extremely small, lift is claustrophobic, and AC can work better. We went in June and the summer heat was on. Breakfast is basic.

Rooms are very, very dirty, AC smells. We got another room, wchich was actually even worst than first one. Although te receptionist was really friendly and helpful, we got view to esternal AC units - very noisy. Rooms are really small, bathrooms stinky and dirty. Worst hotel I ever been to.

Great location and great breakfasts (with freshly baked croissants!). This hotel is simple but has everything you need. The service is friendly, the bathroom was clean and it's close to the tower. Apart from a lumpy mattress and a sock found under the desk that never seemed to get cleaned, this was a good stay in Pisa!

We booked very last minute. Fairly reasonable rates for the location, just a 5 minute stroll from the Tower. The room was basic but clean. Our only real gripe was with the bathroom. It was not possible to sit on the loo (other than side saddle!). Staff were very pleasant and breakfast was adequate.
