Stayed here one night in August. The hotel is a short walk away from the Piazza dei Miracoli with the leaning tower and duomo, and nearby there are several restaurants and enotecas. We checked in at around 20:00, and we were greeted by a helpful and polite young man. Our room was quite small, and the aircondition wasn't turned on.... More

Perfect base for exploring Pisa. Air conditioning in room was vital as it was very hot and humid (August). Would recommend for short stays. Spa bath was a nice touch as was the balcony in our room. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful, staff helpful and polite.

Hotel Di Stefano is a no frills, solid 3 star option situated 10 minutes walk away from the station and 5 minutes from the main sights of the Leaning Tower and the Duomo. Check in is at 12, we arrived at 11 and was allowed to leave our luggage as the room wasn't ready. Around the hotel are a load... More

As previous reviewers have mentioned this hotel in an excellent location only 5 minutes from the Leaning Tower etc. The staff are all very friendly and our family room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. One small criticism is that the very dirty carpet on the stairs could be replaced and would improve the overall impression of the hotel.... More

Three adults in a triple room for two nights. Rooms are small, our room had a temporary bed to make up the double to a triple - not what we expected. Location is good, hotel staff helpful, particularly the younger staff. Room: Bed is average, single bed below average, bathroom above average, breakfast average (continental, mainly sugary and fatty foods).... More

Stayed here for two nights and it nearly wrecked our holiday. Probably because we prepaid we were given a tiny dark room by the very rude surly man at reception (the owner?). The air conditioner pumped out warm air at its lowest setting and there was a constantly warm wall in the tiny bathroom, this meant that the room was... More

Excellent value in this ideally placed hotel. Very convenient to all the sites and yet quiet and peaceful. Our bedroom in the newly restored tower was surprisingly spacious for a city hotel and was charmingly decorated. Breakfast was served in a traditional vaulted undercroft and was plentiful. The car parking service took away all parking stress. Book this service online... More

A very good located hotel - in the center of the city, not far from the Tower. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Breakfasts good but often the same. One negative thing - poor wi-fi connection in some places. Our room was too far from the access point, so we had to go out of the room for better signal.

We have just come back from a lovely visit to Pisa. The hotel is simple but excellent value and the location is just a 5 minute walk to miracle square and plenty of restaurants, cafés etc to have a lovely meal in. We ate in the La Toscana which is just around the corner from the hotel and had lovely... More
