Too expensive hotel for the service they offer. No lift and the room was too small for a double bed. Bedfast was good but not too many to choose from. Not ideal for familes. Recommend for business trips.

We stayed at the Di Stefano hotel for 5 nights and generally found the hotel very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The lead up to the stay though was problematic with a booking made through the Ryanair website. Beware the following: the Ryanair website hotel booking facility actually snaps to a 3rd party screen (Booking.com) and automatically defaults... More

The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli with the leaning tower and duomo and a 15 minute walk to Pisa Centrale railway station, (for visiting Florence). The room was small but immacuately clean and comfortable. The same can also be said of the bathroom. We arrived too late to take advantage of the hotel's... More

Stayed here one night in August. The hotel is a short walk away from the Piazza dei Miracoli with the leaning tower and duomo, and nearby there are several restaurants and enotecas. We checked in at around 20:00, and we were greeted by a helpful and polite young man. Our room was quite small, and the aircondition wasn't turned on.... More

Perfect base for exploring Pisa. Air conditioning in room was vital as it was very hot and humid (August). Would recommend for short stays. Spa bath was a nice touch as was the balcony in our room. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful, staff helpful and polite.

Hotel Di Stefano is a no frills, solid 3 star option situated 10 minutes walk away from the station and 5 minutes from the main sights of the Leaning Tower and the Duomo. Check in is at 12, we arrived at 11 and was allowed to leave our luggage as the room wasn't ready. Around the hotel are a load... More

As previous reviewers have mentioned this hotel in an excellent location only 5 minutes from the Leaning Tower etc. The staff are all very friendly and our family room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. One small criticism is that the very dirty carpet on the stairs could be replaced and would improve the overall impression of the hotel.... More

Three adults in a triple room for two nights. Rooms are small, our room had a temporary bed to make up the double to a triple - not what we expected. Location is good, hotel staff helpful, particularly the younger staff. Room: Bed is average, single bed below average, bathroom above average, breakfast average (continental, mainly sugary and fatty foods).... More

Stayed here for two nights and it nearly wrecked our holiday. Probably because we prepaid we were given a tiny dark room by the very rude surly man at reception (the owner?). The air conditioner pumped out warm air at its lowest setting and there was a constantly warm wall in the tiny bathroom, this meant that the room was... More
