Only stayed in Pisa for one night due to early morning flight. The front desk staff was helpful and the room was exactly what I needed (aka cheap and close to the train station). I would suggest this hotel to anyone who just needs an easy place to stay in Pisa.

Good location, close to the airport, I paid 8€ for the taxi at midnight. Very basic hotel but clean and staff nice. I will go again if I have to stay in Pisa because the location is excellent.

despite other reveiwers comments all i can say is i just spent 5 great nights here. met the aforementioned old guy at the reception and he was a cool old " nonno ". wee tip he can speak english but try and speak even just a little italian to him and see the difference . hotel was clean, quiet and... Should be avoided - hotel management persisted in asking for CASH payment although initial reservation was by credit card, also , and this is very important, stated that the hotel would not be 'open' for departing guests before 6am , this caused obvious problems for us since our airport check in time was 5am (at the latest ) - they told... I thought this was one of the best budget city hotels I had stayed in. We were in the room off the reception, and the street outside was quite noisy - but what do you expect in a city! I suggest you pay extra for the air con (though we didn't need it as it was quite cool), and this... More

This was an adequate hotel, but we were in the room off the reception, and it was extremely noisy. on the plus side, the room and ensuite were clean, and this is a good spot within Pisa. However, upon leaving the man at reception tried to charge me more than agreed beforehand (only changing his mind when I went to... More

We just stayed a night in Pisa at the Hotel Milano and were expecting the worst from a recent review on Trip Advisor. I must say we did not have that bad of an experience. There is an older man at the door who doesn't speak English but we got our room right away. It's only two blocks from the... More

I stayed in this hotel on 16 September 2006. It was clean and nice decorated. It is suitable for people who look for budget accommodation but require a clean, nice decorated and safe place. When you get out of the train station, walk left til the far end and then turn right, hotel Milano is right there. I think if... More

On arrival to the hotel the old man sitting behind the counter gunted to us something in Italian. We told him our name and he said "no booking. " We produced a confirmation email to say we had a booking for two nights and again he said "no booking". Being tired after travelling all day we finally got him to... More

This place was the worst i've ever stayed in. The room had no window,, just a curtain blocking the view of the boiler, very noisy. No curfew was mentioned, but when I arrived they told me the lock the doors at 12. One night I explained to them, in italian, that i'd stay out all night and come back at... More
