Stayed here the first week in April for our wedding anniversary, what a beautiful hotel full of italian character & charm! Our room was huge & spotlessly clean with a lovely balcony to sit on. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Nice breakfast with a good choice & the coffee was fab! This hotel is just a short walk from... More

Booked a stay in January 2014 based on nice reviews and the fact that the hotel as very close to the station. Pictures though seemed to show a small hotel with small rooms and odd looking house. To our surprise the hotel was not that small and the room was the most spacious one we got in Italy so far.... More

This was a nice, clean mid-range hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is great for the station and an interesting 20 mins walk to the main attractions. Breakfast is simple but plentiful with nice fruit available. Another pillow would have made my sleep more comfortable.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Small and narrow parking lot behind the hotel for a couple of cars was a big plus (surcharge), because it's hard to find a parking space. The hotel room was not well ventilated, it may be the "charm" of the old building, but they should open the widnows befor our arrival, bed very uncomfortable.... More

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this small traditional Italian hotel. The rooms were well kept and nicer than the photos online suggested. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was of a good standard. The hotel location is fairly close to the station which helped with our bags. However it is a fair walk to the... More

I rarely find someone as helpful as the front desk at this quaint hotel. Rooms are old world charm (bed a little skimpy but comfortable) with nice wood floors and soothing gold/yellow walls. Large windows ensure plenty of light but thick enough to block sound and shutters ensure you can sleep in. Location fantastic for train station and easy walk... More

a dream to visit as my 2 visits in 6 months prove! Such sparklingly friendly service and cheer that chased the rain clouds away figuratively if not literally, during our long weekend in pleasing Pisa. My partner now understands why I'd wanted to return so soon. Our 1st floor room (108) was lovely - spacious, gorgeous bathroom, and even a... More

We stayed here for one night and wished that we could have stayed longer. Our bedroom, which was a junior suite, was spacious and beautifully furnished. We walked from the station to the hotel and were surprised to find such a pleasant hotel in this not particularly smart area. The location, however, was excellent for exploring Pisa. We enjoyed the... More

This is a 3 star hotel with the approach to quality of service I would typically expect from a luxury 5 star. The people who work in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, always willing to take the time to answer questions about local restaurants, etc. The hotel is kept incredibly clean and tidy, and the room we stayed... Once again we have had a delightful 11 night stay in PIsa at this wonderful family owned and managed hotel. Pio and Angela, their daughter and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We are as a couple quite hard to please but have no hesitation in returning in July to celebrate my wife's birthday as we have done... More
