Spotlessly clean room. We stayed twice during the past nine days. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He runs the reception during the day and speaks both English and French.. The breakfast buffet is basic. Yogurt, juices, coffee and cakes. There is a little bar offering wine and espressos during the day. The hotel is centrally located close to... More

It is located in the Historic center of Pisa and the leaning tower of Pisa is at 5 min walking distance from this Hotel. I stayed here in July 2014. But found it a very average hotel and the Wi-fi was free but was not working very well. In the breakfast, you have a very limited options,

The hotel is within walking distance from the major attractions. Parking at night is not a very big issue, during the day may be a problem. Staff is very friendly and welcome. The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are also spacious.

We booked this hotel on arrival into Pisa. It's centrally located to all the sights like the leaning tower. It was cheap and cheerful; the staff were nice and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. We even managed a free parking spot outside the hotel. The room was small but adequate enough for two adults and a child. Everything was... More

Front staff was very friendly. We paid Euros 89.00 for one night. Ten minute walk for leaning tower sights. Continental breakfast was included, Clean, friendly, and we recommend. Kept our luggage the next morning while we saw more attractions, also.

Our room was clean, we slept well and the hotel is centrally located so fine for a nights stay if your doing sightseeing (10min walk to the leaning tower and town centre). This is a very basic hotel and I find it hard to see how it merits 3 stars. We stayed in far better & cheaper zero star hostels... More

If you can sleep through literally anything.. you wont mind this hotel.. Came for the 2013 marathon. It has to have the thinnest walls ever... and i must be in the same room as previously written reviews as theyre not lying when they say everything shakes when the front entrance is slammed!... i thought the bathroom windows were dropping out!...As... We stayed at the Hotel Capitol for two nights. The location was in walking distance from the train station am the Leaning Tower (both about a 10 minute walk). The lobby was very nice, but the rooms are sparse. It is a three star, but unlike other three stars I have stayed in Europe, it did not have a safe... More

Front Desk staff did not speak English, it was very hard to communicate. Neighborhood did not feel safe, so we tried to cancel the room, but they would not let me. We decided not to stay anyhow. Would NOT recommend.
