We had a lovely 2 night stay here. You feel like you are staying in a genuine pisa apartment - given you enter through a nondescript green door in a frankly ordinary building. But you have the choice of 4 apartments - a shared lounge and dining room. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Two words of caution. A... More

Perfect location to tourist sites, and a lovely b&b our hosts were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, we had a room at the back very quiet the room was cosy but everything you needed, would not hesitate to recommend, breakfast good, and a nice touch of beverages and cake to hand 24/7.

The room was extremely small with the en-suite bathroom taken out of the main room, by separating it off with glass. Therefore, even though my husband and I have been together for 35 years, it was slightly tricky to do the private things that one normally does in a loo! The room is also incredibly small and so we couldn't... More

Don't expect to be impressed as you arrive...a shabby green door and stone stairway makes you wonder what you booked. But when you enter the Residenza D'Epoca, you are in a delightful home with just four rooms. You have keys to let yourself in and out and access to cake and coffee at any time. A wonderful breakfast is also... More

This hotel is as surprising and remarkable as Pisa itself. A 400 year old villa is divided into rented apartments, with a dark and gloomy hall and stairway and no elevator. Yet once though the entrance on the first floor, it is like stepping back 200 years, with fine antique furniture and frescoes decorating the walls. Our bedroom was grand... More

When we arrived here by taxi, I could not see the accommodation. It just looked like one of many buildings that are/looked privately owned. When you buzz the bell & are let into the building, it is like arriving at your Aunties and you must carry your suitcases up to the first floor of the building which is where the... More

This BandB style accommodation is so charming. Set on the first floor of a 17th century town house. The property has been lovingly restored and is both elegant and homely with a boutique feel. The owner and staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had an early flight on the day of our departure... More

This hotel is so charming! Located in an old historical building, the owner has done a great job to restore it. We had a tiny room, but it was so luxurious, chic, comfortable and trendy. The bed was fantastic. Beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was served in a gorgeous room, where a large dining table was set. Good coffee and juice, small... More

We arrived very early in the morning and couldn't have received a warmer welcome. We were ushered into the stunning dining room and given breakfast while our room was prepared. The Residenza has beautifully refurbished rooms and is located minutes away from all the must-see sites of the Leaning tower etc and minutes from the great shopping street. Wifi was... More

Lovely rooms and fantastic breakfast. Very helpful staff who let us leave luggage there for the afternoon before check in time and arranged taxis for the next day.We were there as a family party who occupied all the rooms which meant it was very relaxed. Very good air con and great bathroom.
