We stayed at this hotel one night before leaving Italy from Pisa Airport. We had an early flight, so locationwise the hotel was perfect. We took the shuttle bus to the airport from central train station, which is 2 min. from the hotel by foot. The room was OK. Nothing special but was good enough just to sleep for a... More

We stayed here for one night earlier this month. It is clean and has all the features you'd expect at this price. Our room (for 2 adults and 2 kids) was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, although their English was pretty basic. However, we managed to communicate effectively enough. The hotel is... More

This hotel is not very clean. The air condition is right outside of the window and makes noise. The "double" bed = 2 beds separated. The guy in the reception rude enough and surely unfriendly. Also, expensive for its service. DON'T GO.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on FIVE previous occassions and we are delighted that we have a room booked in September (7 weeks time) to stay there again. I just know that we shall be delighted with the value for money, service, cleanliness, location to the Torre Pendente, station, airport, etc. In the past we have... More

Rundown joint, can't call it otherwise. Located next to the train station, which is convenient in some cases, but city is very small anyway, so moving a little from the station would be a good idea. Otherwise you will be surrounded by suspiciously looking dirty Chinese and African shops and dubious characters in the street. Just avoid the area around... More

Awful hotel not worth a second looK. No plugs, no smiles, no charm whatsoever. Not dirty but definitely will never return. Booked on hoteles. Com, looked good but don't be deceived. Parking is a major problem with just on street facilities available. Zone seedy

I stayed in this hotel for one night for a business trip. The location is convenient, close to the railway station. The reception staff wasn't too friendly, and took them a while to check us in. At night time it was hard to sleep because we had four or five AC units hanging from our window (see attached photo #1).... More

Arrived in the afternoon not a lot of people but the receptionist was very busy did not talk to me. I had to approach him with query first then his manner was very bad. He didn't understand English that well and it took him a while to check me into my rooms. The room doesn't look nothing like the pictures... More

We stayed here for six nights as we were visiting a number of towns in Tuscany. The staff, all but one, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet with selection of cereals, breads, jams , cakes and yogurts. Fruit juice and tea and coffee were also available as was fresh fruit (oranges and apples). The room was adequate but... More

Booked this hotel because of its location, close to station!! School boy error!! First impressions were not good, side street, building work next door, but entering lobby it Was the smell!! ..awful! Our room is small dark & very noisy as just outside the window is all the air. Conditioning units! Adjacent rooms were occupied by quite noisy people too!... More
