We booked this hotel for a single night based on it being the only 5 star hotel near the tower and as the pricing was reasonable in February. We paid a bit more for a better standard of room, but feel that was likely wasted. Check-in was efficient and friendly, our room was on the second floor with a view... More

It's minutes from the cathedral complex! And, wow! what a treat. This was a Medieval palazzo, complete with interior garden, potted citrus trees, and a hot tub. (I do wish the hot tub had been open in the winter.) Charming ground floor sitting areas, and even complementary light snacks in the afternoon. Did I mention the Asti Spumanti on the... More

Quaint, traditional little boutique style hotel. Really get a sense that you are in an old Italian establishment here. 5 minute walk to the leaning tower. Rooms comfortable although dark. Breakfast ok. Continental buffet. Reception staff helpful and cheerful but waiting staff bit rigid in their service.

Outstanding, amazing, stunning, can't say enough about the hotel it was simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in,it just ticked all the boxes and the staff were delightful nothing was too much trouble. Very close to the tower, going to pisa you must stay here.

Really impressed with the hospitality of this hotel. We were given complimentary upgrade from the Relais dei Fiori at check-in. On our Tuscany trip earlier this month, we had booked the Relais dei Fiori for 2 nights. We knew that the check-in was supposed to be at the Relais dell’Orologio. So we came here for the check-in. We had come... More

pros: the hotel gives you the impression of something that might have been built during the imperialistic era with some baroque interior. since the building itself is rather old, i guess going for the antique-style was the best (and yes, it looks great and gives you some romantic atmosphere) the staff really is the great plus to this hotel -... I booked a single room online directly with the hotel for a very resonable price and was given a complimentary upgrade upon check-in to a double room (room 206). This was greatly appreciated. Yes, the room was still quite small but the double bed was very nice. The bedding and curtains were lovely, and the room had a huge closed... More

Stayed here with 5 other ladies a 50th celebration for all of us. All 3 rooms were clean comfortable maybe a tad on the small side but who cares we weren't living in the room just sleeping showing and out! A 5 min walk to the main attraction with a huge market along the way. Perfect! The Hotel itself was... More

Lovely little hotel literally around the corner from the towns only real reason for going there. If you are there for a few days, hop on the train to Florence as there's not much else in Pisa unfortunately, the hotel adding a pleasant experience to your stay, as I guess it's somewhat very Italian. One tip, cannot remember the name... More

This is not a 5 star hotel, not even 3 star. No one to help with luggage, or parking. The rug on the stairs is pulling off the risers, very dangerous. The room key card was filthy and had three different numbers scratched off, then ours. The room smelled horribly of stale smoke. Worst, the towels and robes smelled even... More
