The worst of the worst - all 4 of us were eaten alive with bedbugs. The owner is the worst expression of (in)hospitality I have seen in many years. She inflates the price from the booking time to arrival. We encountered a 50% increase - and the worst part of this was that www.booking.com seem to be in collusion with... More

My partner and i chose this hotel because it was historical and in a good location for the Tower of Pisa. It was a little difficult to find the entrance but we were pleased when shown to our room. The first night my partner could not sleep and said she was being bitten. I had heard and seen mosquito's but... More

I booked this hotel in July 2014, and was travelling to Pisa from a more rural area of Italy. I booked the hotel last minute, and realized I would be arriving on a Sunday, and the hotel did not allow arrivals on a Sunday after 12. As I was travelling from several hours away we called to politely ask if... More

This is an old building. The room we chose was enormous and full of character. It had very effective air conditioning. It is in an excellent position - quiet yet very close to the tower and other sights. There was a typical continental breakfast with a reasonable amount of variety. The disadvantages are that the window was small so the... More

The only drawback with regard to Dimora Nobilaire is that it's really heard to locate using Your goggles only. There's no streetside sign and the street number is misleading, but having said that we as a family thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and friendly atmosphere offered here. The breakfast table was appealingly laid, the interior of the hotel was appealing... More

I had the worst experience of my life with the owner of this hotel. On sundays the check in hour is only until 12.00 and in my reservation confirmation the information was contradictory so i arrived at 19pm and the hotel was closed. I talked with the lady that ask us to wait for 30 min. We wait 1 hour... More

I advise all carefully read terms and conditions or have a chance to sleep outside. Cause time of check in is strikly limited. I have never been in such situation, usually Hotels send letters and ask to clarify your check-in time if it is limited. Now I understand that in Italy it is not so because all 3 hotels/guesthouses those... More

Staying in this historic building is really a unique experience but the people in charge make the atmosphere and the overall feeling bad. We stayed in a bigger room which is huge with beautiful paintings on the ceiling. However there was dust everywhere, the bathroom is too small and wasn’t properly cleaned (!), the landlady extremely loud and making phone... More

We arrived & were shown in by a very surely teenager. Strange! the landlady finally appeared.... with a broken leg! We felt very sorry for her trying to run her business when ill in this way. However we still paid top price for our stay but received far from top service and part of this of course was due to... More

When you reserve, just remember to specify the time of your arrival. We slept int he big room, and it's really impressive for the paintings on the wall and the ancient furnitures. The bathroom is a glass cabin at the corner, it could be better, but it's ok. There's a small terrace on the courtyard.
