I had the worst experience of my life with the owner of this hotel. On sundays the check in hour is only until 12.00 and in my reservation confirmation the information was contradictory so i arrived at 19pm and the hotel was closed. I talked with the lady that ask us to wait for 30 min. We wait 1 hour... More

I advise all carefully read terms and conditions or have a chance to sleep outside. Cause time of check in is strikly limited. I have never been in such situation, usually Hotels send letters and ask to clarify your check-in time if it is limited. Now I understand that in Italy it is not so because all 3 hotels/guesthouses those... More

Staying in this historic building is really a unique experience but the people in charge make the atmosphere and the overall feeling bad. We stayed in a bigger room which is huge with beautiful paintings on the ceiling. However there was dust everywhere, the bathroom is too small and wasn’t properly cleaned (!), the landlady extremely loud and making phone... More

We arrived & were shown in by a very surely teenager. Strange! the landlady finally appeared.... with a broken leg! We felt very sorry for her trying to run her business when ill in this way. However we still paid top price for our stay but received far from top service and part of this of course was due to... More

When you reserve, just remember to specify the time of your arrival. We slept int he big room, and it's really impressive for the paintings on the wall and the ancient furnitures. The bathroom is a glass cabin at the corner, it could be better, but it's ok. There's a small terrace on the courtyard.

Nobody was there for reception when we arrived in front of the door. We had to make an international call to communicate with customer service, as the official telephone number was just an automatic fax machine answering. On Sunday, at 9:30 the breakfast was not ready (they said: "we slept, we had a party yesterday"). The room was dirty, with... More

We stayed here for just one night, having an early flight the following morning. A stylish, spacious room in a wonderful centuries-old building. There's a room with a private toilet, and a private external shower (which we had, I must not forget to mention the painted ceiling), and a smaller room with a private bathroom. Unfortunately we had to deal... More
