We arrived very late on a Friday night and were greeted by a member of staff immediately. Our room was massive, spotless and the bathroom was immaculate. Our bed was very comfortable, however the pillows are very thin, but that is not a problem as we had extras in the cupboard. The breakfast is what you expect, cold meats, cheese,... more

If you are looking for the tiniest single rooms, with air conditioning that does not blow warm air and you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the rooms next to you, above and a few doors down from you... then this is the hotel for you !!! Though variations on it being 3 star or 4 star the... more

I had to stay overnight in Pisa for a meeting and booked a single room in this hotel. You never expect single rooms to be brillant. This one was rather spacious, with a wooden floor, minibar, lcd, safe, airco...quite o.k. The bathroom however was small and basic. Breakfast was o.k. considering this is Italy (only complaint: no fresh juice). Pisa... more

I paid £50 for 1 nights stay. For that money I had no compliants. The bathroom was clean and spacious & the shower worked fine. Our bedroom was equally clean and there was plenty of space. One point to note was that our 'double' bed was infact two singles pushed together (not the end of the world). Breakfast was fairly... more

I only stayed here one night, excellent rooms, helpful staff, and perfect location to visit the Leaning Tower. The staff at the hotel are helpful and even offered to move my car to the hotel car park. Excellent value too. The staff recommended Bagus for a meal. Perfect. more

I agree with the comments regarding the area being scruffy but, which room(s) did you all get? Our room was small (219), had an inconnecting door through which you could hear every conversation/noise (!!!). The bathroom with folding door was so small you had to stand between the bidet and toilet to dry yourself after getting out of the shower... more

We were visiting our daughter whois studying in Pisa, and we were delighted with the Bologna. The reception staff were very good indeed, with great multi-language skills, even helping daughter (who was not staying) with a language query. we had a triple room for two of us and it was very spacious, with a large bathroom, nicely appointed. The Breakfast was... more

We stayed in Hotel Bologna for 3 days with our three year old son. I found it to be very comfortable although the room size was a bit small. The bathroom was very spacious and well accessorized. It is very well located - a 10 minute walk takes to you the pisa tower. the neighborhood can get a bit dull... more
