I stayed there for one night and it did the job perfectly. It is situated very close to the main attractions in the old city centre: Piaza del Duomo. I had a view of the Pisa tower from my room so that was great. The room was small, clean and had all mod cons but the decor does need refreshing.... More

We visited this hotel in September and booked it based on the reviews and it's location. The location really is the biggest selling point of this hotel. It's pretty much a 30 second walk to the leaning tower and associated cathedral. By default it's also close therefore to all the cafés and bars near this area which is good. In... More

this hotel is a above the normal three star but not a four star, Clean, functional, clean bath sheets and towels daily, beds made and rooms cleaned daily and most of all just around the corner from the tower. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, ask for more if not enough and bedding. The staff were pleasant, spoke... More

We arrived at the hotel very late. The hotel is very basic, but the location is great, as was the view to the tower. The bathroom was very small, but the room was very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast wasn't bad either, a decent selection of breads, yogurts, and cheeses. This is not your dream vacation hotel, but it... More

Interesting to read such poor reviews of the hotel as I found the hotel perfectly fine for a one night stay. I have high standards generally, however for the price you are paying the location is perfect and the rooms are fine. If you want a Hilton standard then book and pay their prices. My room had a great view... More

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night 3rd August 2014. Hotel was very hot and smelt of stale cigarette smoke .Furnishings are shabby and dirty. Edges of carpet in room filthy. The shower tray had a crack in the bottom and when you used the shower a smell of rotten drains emmitted. Wondered what I was going to catch during... More

We booked this hotel because of the central location in Pisa. We did not expect any luxury, but we thought it would be an OK option for just one night. What a mistake it was.The hotel was smelly and dirty. We just didn't feel like touching anything. Although it was late in the evening and the hotel was prepaid, we left... More

If one is looking for a 5* hotel in Kinzica then you are way off however the hotel is reasonably priced in a great location beside the tower particularly if you are on a quick trip as we were. €78 was the price on a booking website for one night for two including breakfasts, the room was small but functional... The overwhelming reason to stay here is location. The Tower and other major attractions are almost right across the street. Everything, including nice shopping and dining area, in easy walking distance in a very pleasant area. Hotel appears to be former dorm for local university. Rooms very basic, private bathrooms added on to each room are small, but adequate. We... More

Just about fifty metres from the Leaning Tower, this hotel is all about location. Breakfast that comes with the package is very basic and consists of a bread basket with an assortment of confitures and some cold meat. While some of the rooms with the tower view are spacious, rooms at the back of the hotel are quite small. All... More
