Very quaint small hotel up a narrow side street about 6 minutes walk to the Learning Tower and Duomo. As previously stated, not that easy to find but that was part of its charm. The owner is very friendly and made breakfast for us.

Stayed for a night. Tricky to find at first, down a side street and not clearly signed. Gentleman very warm and friendly, did not speak any English. Hotel is in quite a good central area with shops and cafes around. Lots of stairs to get up to the reception and then more stairs up to our room which was on... More

The place is ideal if you wanna walk around Pisa, five minutes away from the tower and just in the middle of the night life, but quiet enough for you to rest! Average prices, the owner is nice, friendly and welcomes young people like they were all his grandsons, it's absolutely worth going notwithstanding some small shortcomings (low water pressure... Cute and cozy! We wandered around a bit b/c we missed our bus stop, but as soon as we turned the corner a waiter at one of the restaurants downstairs pointed us towards the door. Except for a little sign, it looks totally nondescript from the outside but as soon as you walk in it's so charming! Like other reviewers... More

I've been meaning to write this for some time. We really enjoyed our stay at Due Borghi - although Benito origianlly mixed us up with another family and we'd lugged our bags up several flights of stairs, our stay in two rooms (one double and one twin) was excellent. The rooms are individual (might be termed vintage in the UK),... More

Lovely room, very nice breakfast, great central location - we thought it was excellent. Be prepared to be greeted (and treated) like family - some people may find the owner somewhat overpowering, I thought he was really enjoying himself, playing his loud Italian owner role and entertaining us all while preparing our breakfast. He managed to get three parties from... More

We found the B&B location fine from the map & Benito was awaiting us (we hadn't notified him of our arrival time!). He greeted us like we were family visiting and took us to our room. We were on the top floor - be warned, it's all stairs & not suitable for all. Our room was spacious and whilst old... More

We had a lovely time. Small B&B. Proprietor could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Lovely little room, tasty breakfast with some entertaining guests who made us smile. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

The bed and breakfast is in an authentic old palace with authentic features in a lovely little safe alley. Benito, the owner is very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, very central and close to everything. Breakfast is delicious and fresh and the beds are incredibly comfy! All in all, great stay!
