We stayed here whilst visiting the tower. I could not fault this place from the time we arrived to the time we left. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with WI-FI and Flavia was just the perfect host. The breakfast is great with a good selection to suit all especially the home made cake mmmmmm. This was just a... More

I booked this place based on TripAdvisor reviews and lived up to the ratings. Flavia couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. At breakfast time there was only 3 of us but there was a great spread and I looked away for a second and anything depleted had been refilled. Loved the olives. Room was comfortable and wifi was very... More

As already indicated by a large number of people, this is a really good B & B in an excellent location in Pisa. it is a short walk to the station and about 15 - 20 minutes walk to the airport. Add the fact that it is just 15 - 20 minutes to the old town and how much better... More

We chose Five Roses for its proximity to the station as we were travelling on to Florence by train. It is also only a few minutes by taxi from the airport which meant that only 20 minutes after touchdown on the runway we were outside the B&B. We only stayed one night but Flavia gave us a warm welcome and... More

An excellent B&B with good location for short walk from station(10 min) & gentle stroll to river & beyond for Pisa sites. Surprisingly quiet,a light airy spacious spotlessly clean room with sumptuous buffet breakfasts with lots of choices including delicious home made cakes. Certainly setting you up for walking around the many sites, as well as Tower complex. Before the... More

Good beds and a nice bathroom. No traffic noise due to the location away from the street, inside a closed courtyard. A full buffet breakfast was a positive surprise (see my photos). The owner is very service minded and also helpful with shopping advices and restaurant recommendations. You will feel more at home here than in a formal hotel.

What a lovely place to stay and a perfect location as everything you want to see and eat is nearby. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Flavia is a delight and very helpful, go to any restaurants she recommends, you won't be disappointed. The breakfast is divine and perfect to set you up for a day strolling around Pisa!... More

Flavia knows only too well that people who go to B&Bs expect something else than the impersonal experience of a hotel. This was a wonderful experience for us. The room (the blue one) was clean, nicely furbished with a homely feeling and quite big, the bathroom well proportionned and clean. Tasteful decorations all over (I particularly liked the watercolour above... More

The location is a convenient 10 minute walk from the train station, the rooms are clean and quiet, the rates are very reasonable, and the breakfast was excellent!! What really sets this place apart is the owner Flavia. She takes great pride in her place and personally made sure our stay was pleasant. She gave us recommendations for places to... More
