We needed somewhere to stop for one night to get our bearings, before moving on. What we got was a. lovely warm, light airy tasteful place to stay. Breakfast complete with homemade eats, delicious. The location is superb, we walked by the river past ancient monuments, to the bustling streets with great shopping, beautful old buildings and piazzas with restaurants.... More

Very surprising experience close to Pisa centre - just 10' walk. Clean, quiet, modern bathroom which can be easily benchmarked to standard hotels. Very friendly and nice lady owner who offered us her utmost support in giving us best comfort. You might be surprised with the location but give it a chance:)

We were two Norwegian middleaged couples. Two nights stay. The room was excellent. Clean, spacy and tidy. Very good standard. The breakfast was very good, and Flavia, the hostess is outstanding. She even picked us up at Pisa Airport at midnight when we arrived. The location is very good, close to the airport. Just ten mins drive. The best B&B... More

The place is super clean and welcoming, with modern bathroom / shower and free WIFI. Breakfast was great, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the very helpful but discreet lady owner, Flavia. One short bus ride away from the Airport (10 mins), and we booked in, left our baggage and started our break. Pisa is a small... More

Flavia, the hostess, is amazing. She called for us at the airport at around 00:30 in the night, free of charge. On our departure it was raining heavily and offered to take us to the station to reach the train, and again gratis. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast superb.

Very nice, clean rooms. Fresh towels and good quality cosmetics too. Another plus is a location - in a walking distance to an airport and the main attractions (around 15 mins walk to the airport, around 20-30mins to Pisa Tower). The biggest advantage though is Flavia :-) Very friendly Woman. She recommended us some nice places to have pasta, coffee... More

We stayed here for a single night and received a warm welcome from Flavia. We arrived early and were made welcome and our room was soon made ready. The double room was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Flavia gave us some good recommendations from local restaurants even included the relevant cards and directions. The location is... More

Flavia, the host, is just huggable! Room was big and comfy in every little detail. Breakfast was unusually generous and diverse. As I'm a noise freak, I was worried: The place is very close to the airport (5 mins by car), and also our room was located between 2 rooms with little children. But it was extremely quiet! Loved it.
