This is a quaint town, not much going on,no night life and scarce on the choice of restaurants. It is best for a stop over town not even worth staying the night, just to pop in see the leaning town cathedral and may be the museum and then hop back on the train and head to you next destination. You would... Collected from and dropped back to the airport, very helpful, reliable, punctual. Lovely traditional Tuscan property in good location. Road quite busy/noisy but to be expected staying in a city. Rooms basic but clean, window shutters excellent. breakfast really nice. All good would stay again if visiting Pisa.

If you are considering this 'hotel' simply forget it. Receptionist can be reached only by a mobile phone left at the entrance, breakfast and pool are inexistant and rooms are a nightmare. I stayed only one night and paid a mere 60 Euro, for a room that can't even been called room! My suggestion: Just book anywhere else - it... More

Good value and Michaela the member of staff could not have been more helpful. Nice rooms which are clean and nothing special. It is what it should be for the money. There is no formal reception but a mobile phone where you call Michaela and she comes over - the front door is permanently open in what is obviously a... More

We stayed here for a few nights and had a good experience. The bathrooms were clean and the rooms were decent. It was a bit of a walk from the tower, but nice to stroll through the streets.

Hotel away from downtown and the airport, but it can take a bus from the airport directly to the door. Unfortunately, the staff is not always on duty at the hotel. If you want to register you must call from the phone, which is located in the corridor - you have to wait. The rooms are very poor and old.... More

We stayed at the Villa Leaning tower for 3 nights, and were VERY pleased with our experience! If you are wanting a 4 star resort, this is not the place for you. If you want a lovely hosetess (Michaela), clean, spacious rooms, and excellent value-this IS the place for you!! An easy 8 minute walk to the tower, great coffee... More

this is nothing like the pictures, the garden is a mess, old beds thrown out and a washing machine would you belive just left to decay. Advertised as hotel, this is not a hotel, wouldnt even call it a hostel. advertised a swimming pool, WHERE! The rooms were filthy, one good thing the beds were clean. Advertised airportshuttle, he turned... More

This is a cozy little hotel outside the center of Pisa. We booked the 5-bed room with ensuite. The room met our basic needs; had a television, towels, bed linen, desk, and fully-equipped bathroom. The bathroom could use a good cleaning, as there was some mildew around the ceiling and bathroom. One of the beds was falling apart, so we... More

Where this place advertises as a hotel - its definately NOT! A poor hostel that was very poor value for money and where we insisted on moving hotels mid evening......disapointed as we thought this place was a 3* hotel. The only plus is the good location.
