This was our third visit but we will not be returning. Nothing particularly awful , but, at E250 per night for a small, and I mean small, but luxuriously appointed room - a disappointing breakfast - you don`t expect tinned peaches for this price - an overpriced and empty American Bar. It`s just not a five star hotel. E30 euros... More

The service was both professional and personal,From the moment we arrived the friendliness of the Reception,(later to be the source of good advice and help),was the keynote of everybne in the hotel from Owners and staff. It is a 5* hotel, and the room had every facility you would expect, and more. The restaurant service and food are excellent, and the... More

This is billed as the top hotel in Lucca. The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms and communal areas are beautifully appointed. You couldn't fault the service or the cleanliness. However, for a 5* hotel, the lack of a bath was very disappointing as was the very poor breakfast. Our rooms were noisy as we were on the ground... More

The hotel had 3 rooms occupied but still gave a room with a cramped bathroom with shower only although their photos show double sinks and jacuzzis. The American buffet breakfast was poor with no eggs, pancakes etc. Generally over priced and not worthy of 5 stars.

Good news in our times are few, but I have one for you. In the beautiful city of Lucca, I found Hotel Noblesse, witch conquerred my heart... Maybe all critics will have no words to say when they see all the splendour of hotel's architecture. When you arrive there, you enter in a world of beautiful dreams and confort. In... More

I stayed at Hotel Noblesse in Feb, it was an awesome and memorable stay there, I loved the historic style of this hotel. I was impressed by the friendly staff and the quiet environment. I wish I had stayed longer. The rooms are very stylish and clean. The best part of my stay is breakfast time, it was the best... More

We recently spent 4 nights and 4 days at the Hotel Noblesse in Lucca, Italy. This was our 2nd stay there and this time we brought our parents and a sister. There were 6 of us in total. We stayed from april 19 - 23rd, 2009. We returned to Lucca and this hotel because Lucca is our favorite town in... More

We found this hotel through a friend who recommended it as "the best in town." How right she was! We were thrilled with its pampering service, its unique attention to aesthetic details: e.g., exquisite antiques, Oriental rugs throughout, magnificent Brazilian cherry wood floors (even in the bathroom), and dramatic artwork on delicately faux-painted walls. We thought the hotel was fairly... More

This is not a five star hotel. There is a dearth of decent places to stay in Lucca, and this is the best of the bunch. A five star property with no outside area to sit, no pool, terrible breakfast selection etc. We stayed in a suite which was a nice room in fairness, but when you consider that we... More

The problems with this hotel are two: the price and its star rating. This is a nice, little, no frills hotel and should be priced at EUR 200 per night. We had a tiny suite (a small double room attached to a small single room) and spent EUR 600 per night. The lobby is tiny and uninspiring. The hallways are... More
