Hi all, Well I was very pleased with my stay at Celide. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean, fresh, comfortable, well sized and smells divine (weird, I know, but it did). The view from all angles of the room was lovely. The aircon worked perfectly, there was a small bar fridge and lovely local toiletries made... More

Very nice hotel just outside the old Lucca city center, you can easily walk to the center without having to park your car. Rooms are nice and clean. In the morning you have a wide choice at a buffet. The restaurant Celide is very good for fresh fish dishes.

Clean, modern, comfortable hotel in good location. Free parking is great if you have a car. The thing that left me feeling like I would not return to this hotel was the lack of any warmth from the hotel staff. I booked a room on-line two days before arriving and paid more because the website said that it could be... More

I stayed at the Albergo Celide two nights at the end of my Tuscan adventure before heading to Cinque Terre. The hotel was modern and clean, and in a great location just outside (across the street from) the city walls and a short ten minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, modern, small, and comfortable with a... More

The staff at the hotel had excellent service and were very friendly. When my flight got cancelled they helped far more than the airline did! The hotel rooms were comfortable and very clean and comfortable. We had spa passes and used this twice in our 4 night stay - the spa experience was very relaxing. We were able to borrow... More

After searching several hotels, I opted to choose this for a one-night stay (impending airline strike and room in Castellina in Chianti wasn't available early). Very nice and helpful staff (including telling us of a laundromat within walking distance from the hotel--great after a week of travel) and the breakfast was lovely. I loved the fact that you are situated... More

We enjoyed our stay here and chose this hotel because we had a car and most places inside the city walls did not have parking on site. The staff was very helpful and gracious. They recommended some fabulous restaurants and made reservations at La Norma & La Pasquale. These were both excellent restaurants. They also helped set up a winery... More

We stayed only 1 night on our way thru Tuscany. We were first put in room 75 which did not work as it is up an elevator and then two flights of steps, taking us to the top floor. My husband has knee problems and we asked for a room on a lower floor. They were kind to accommodate us.... More

We only had 1 night at the hotel but really enjoyed our stay - perfectly located for the short stroll from the train station and across to the town centre, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and really helpful offering tips and advice for our short stay. I would certainly stay here again... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in September 2014 and wished we had booked for longer. We booked the superior room and it was wonderful, very modern, large, bright with plenty of wardrobe space and the on-suite was large with his and her showers. The room was spotless, quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Efficient air-conditioning.... More
