Lucca is a wonderful town!!! Never seen something similar! We booked the hotel through the website. We didn't expect such a beautiful place. We had the occasion to relax and visit the nice villas in the countryside. All the hotel rooms have been recently renewed with all the comfort. The staff was so kind. more

hotel was 5 km from Lucca on main road but far enough away from main road to be quiet. Villa lovely looking. room was newly refurbished, very basic but clean..... nothing on walls, simply a bed, cupboard, phone and table. Bed comfortable. breakfast basic. its could easily be 4 or 5 stars as bathroom nicely tiled but felt 2 star... more

Spent a night in the hotel Hambros, 10 minutes by car from the lovely Lucca (really a must-see town if you travel in Tuscany). The feeling is of a once-good hotel which now need serious refurbishment.
