Just back from a week based in Lucca. Excellent hotel in a prime position. Comfortable room overlooking the street a tad noisy on occasion. This is a fantastic place to stay in Lucca. It is ideally situated, particularly if you are arriving by car. The room was quite nice with many updated amenities--particularly remarkable given the hotel's age and history. The staff was exceedingly helpful and the breakfast was excellent. more
