The hotel is situated just off the Piazza del Giglio, close to the walls of the town and with easy access to all the local shops,bars and restaurants,bus and train stations. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and recently refurbished. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend. more

This was just ideal. Location was perfect - 30 second walk from two lovely squares. Very quiet location, wonderful helpful staff who spoke great English. Nothing was a problem. Could not fault the room with its fabulous shower. All the other guests were equally happy. Incredible value. more

My wife and I were here in June 2009 for 6 nights. The hotel is perfectly charming. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Located inside the walls, you are close to everything. A great little place to stay and such friendly owners! A brightly painted bedroom and a psychedelic bathroom both with cute shutter windows set the scene! Delicious breakfast on the terrace at front under the market umbrellas.
